We are obsessed with our wedding photos!!
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Courtney Hanson Photography on the most important day of our lives - our wedding!
Prior to contracting with Courtney, I had a few conversations with other photographers. I was feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of needing to lock in a photographer early but also wanting to ensure that we identified the team that would make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. In speaking with other photographers the conversations felt really transactional - but when I first met Courtney I immediately felt like I was talking with someone that I have known for many years.
Courtney’s portfolio demonstrates her outstanding ability at capturing the beauty in each moment. Her team was very professional and each and every person we had the opportunity to work with were very personable and attentive.
My husband and I are both generally camera shy - but Courtney and her team were able to help us overcome that and coached us through our portraits in a way that allowed for our personalities to shine through to the photos.
We could not have asked for a better Photographer for our wedding and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a wedding or special events photographer!

It was such a joy to work with Courtney - for people who don't love having their pictures taken, Courtney made us comfortable and made the process easy!! We are so pleased with our wedding photos and will cherish them always. Courtney caught all the moments - big and small. On top of amazing photos of ourselves and the wedding party, Courtney also got great photos of our guests that we can't wait to share! We absolutely recommend Courtney Hanson Photography to anyone getting married in DFW (or elsewhere, really!)

Beautiful photos from an amazing photographer
Courtney is an AMAZING photographer. Not only does she take the most beautiful photos, but she made our wedding day stress free and fabulous. We first met her for our engagement shoot, and she made us so comfortable, and really captured the love we have for each other in the photos. She is prompt, available, and so sweet! You will not regret having her photograph life’s memorable moments!
