Counting Steps Events is an event and wedding planning company with an outdoorsy twist located in Hyde Park, Massachusetts. Lithuanian-born Akvile Bartaseviciute is the force behind the brand, and the idea for the hiking and adventure company came to her during a trip to Spain. There, she hiked 600 miles across the country. This trip was an experience she had never gone through, and it gave Akvile a deep sense of joy and accomplishment. She planned to help others gain the same sensation of well-being she encountered during her journey, which is how Counting Steps Events was born.
