I was so impressed with Sandy (the owner). I first heard about this salon from a friend who got a hair cut at a very reasonable price (especially for the Providence area!) and decided to check it out. Sandy was absolutely lovely - she listened carefully and intently when I described what I wanted, and even referred to the photos I brought with me several times to make sure she was achieving the look I wanted. At the same time, she occasionally offered different options of what I could do. She did a couple trials with me to really get the "feel" of my hair and to figure out how to best accomplish my updo on wedding day. She is always timely and professional, but also incredibly friendly and genuine. On the morning of my wedding (ceremony began at 11am), she even came into the salon early - and she totally knew how to keep me calm and in the right mood :) Also, her prices (haircuts and updos!) are unbeatable. I highly recommend calling, or even stopping by, to make an appointment with Sandy - you won't be disappointed. I've recommended several friends to her who have only reported positive experiences, and I am definitely going back in a few weeks for a haircut!
