Corey, our photographer who became part of the family!
Corey, what to say about Corey. First off, as a photographer, he was absolutely fantastic. I think more importantly, as a person, his positive attitude and outlook on life really shined throughout our experience together. He fit right in with our family and guests, he captured outstanding and emotional moments that were not staged, and that we were so happy that he was able to capture! I'm sure as the "outsider looking in", that must be a terribly difficult job, but Corey is now part of our family and we are so thankful to have met him and are so thankful that he was able to photograph our wedding. Corey took the time to talk with us about what was important to us, he took the time to seek out those really unique photo ops that were exclusive to our venue and location, Corey took the time to have fun with us and capture those rare moments that are usually left to memory. Thank you Corey for being an amazing photographer and more importantly, and amazing human!

Amazing photographer and human being
Corey shot our wedding this past September and not only delivered over 700 AMAZING photos, he was hands down our favorite vendor. Amazing at his craft and just an all around awesome person. We had a blast partying with him and having him around on our special day. Looking for reasons to return to the Big Island and hire him again!

Hire corey!
My husband and I came to Hawaii for our honeymoon. Having never been here before, we had no idea where to even start but knew we wanted photos to remember this special time. Corey got back to me almost immediately and gave me ideas of spots we could do a shoot and all of his info. I could see all of his work was gorgeous so we hired him. He was quick to respond to me even before the shoot when I reached out with all the questions I always come up with and it felt like I was talking to a good friend! The day that we landed, he called and told us so many amazing spots to do our shoot and even to just go check out to experience Hawaii. He gave us food recommendations and talked to us for a while after the shoot. The entire shoot was a blast!! He was funny and joked around with us, it was so much fun and of course I cried immediately when I got the photos. I’m ready to come back to Hawaii and hire Corey again, I couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Wedding photo review!
I actually found Corey on Instagram! I loved his work and also saw that he lived in Hawaii, which was perfect cause that is where my husband and I wanted to get married! I messaged him about some of his packages and it just went from there! He asked me the details of our wedding, like time, place, how many guest were attending etc. and we began discussing budget! He was extremely helpful and communicative! He would always get back to me in a timely manner when I asked him questions and gave every detail of what we needed to do clearly! His website and payment setup was extremely easy to use as well! He stayed professional throughout the entire time, and made my husband and I feel so comfortable! We really enjoyed having him capture our magical day! And the photos came out AMAZING!!

The perfect photos during Golden Hour
Corey McCarley Photography was amazing through the whole process from inquiry questions to the final day of shoot. Corey is very easy to get in touch with and I really liked utilizing the portal to send notes, upload inspiration photos, and keep track of my invoice. He took beautiful pictures in the beach during golden hour and captured the most beautiful photos. We had fun and he made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. He had the pictures back to us in the timeframe he committed to which we find super valuable. We loved how all of photos came out and are thankful for all the moments he captured for our family. We would highly recommend!!

We hired Corey for our wedding at Kualoa Ranch and he was amazing.

Incredible photos + amazing experience
I’ve done a lot photoshoots and worked with a lot of photographers. You may like the photos but you never really know who you’re going to get for the ACTUAL shoot experience.
Cory made the experience fun & very personable; it felt like we had been friends
for years.
This helped to capture our real energy in the moment and helped to create the experience we wanted.
When you’re traveling to a new place like Hawaii, it is hard to know if the person you’re shooting with is going to make the experience worthwhile.
