* Matthew D. Dowling, CEO/President - Matthew gives Coordinated 360 its spirited determination to reach the heights of entertainment industry. Since 2000, Matthew has graced stages across the Pittsburgh Region as a DJ, event planner, sound technician and videographer for a plethora of weddings, anniversaries corporate events, and community commemorations. An author, writer, charmer, and dreamer, Matthew was selected as a certified trainer for the Wedding Planning Institute, a division of LoveGEVITY.

* Ken Hager, Director of Operations / Entertainment Team Leader - Ken, known to some as “The Voice,” provides leadership to Coordinated 360’s wedding planning and event management team. With a decade of experience in stagecraft, personalized engagements, and execution of his polished style, Ken will ease your worries leading up to your special day and ensure no trouble is unchallenged with his impeccable desire to create the perfect evening.
