this might have been my only disappointment of all my vendors. i had a trial hair & make-up done and was slightly concerned but decided to stick with them anyway because of location and timing issues and because the girl who did my hair assured me the updo would me "more secure" on the wedding day. my hair fell apart RIGHT AFTER the ceremony and i spend a good portion of the afternoon trying to get the tiara and the veil to stay on and trying to keep my hair put together. they are very nice but i wouldn't go there again or recommend them. it wasn't worth it. i would have been better served doing my own hair and make up and saving that $$
