Kathy and her team were wonderful, diligent, patient, funny, — all those qualities one needs when planning and executing… but when the chips fall, or the realization comes that your Venue Operator is going to RUIN your daughter’s wedding, Kathy Stanley zoomed in, rolled her sleeves up, and COMPLETELY zeroed in on a new Venue in 6 days! Showtime in 6 days at Cosmopolitan Ballroom ( a game-changer, review to follow)! Her daughter Angela, underscores professionalism and compassion, as she read the room, pinned boutonnières, iced everything, and handled emotional guests!!! The soft skills usually become front & center during Weddings (and funerals) and these two families had their share of losses to contend with in the last year. The ability to pivot and do so gracefully, yet deliver with energy, humor, professionalism, and in a moment’s notice! That is who you want and need in the bunker!

They were amazing

A dreamy night
The whole team at complete is amazing. Kathy and Scott really do take care of their clients and treat them like family. I could not recommend them enough and they made our special night so magical. We are so grateful!
