From the first moment my daughter and I met with Kathy to help with my daughter’s wedding we just knew she was going to be a perfect fit! She was available throughout the process helping us find vendors and planning my daughter’s vision for her wedding and reception. On the day of the wedding she was in action making sure everything ran smoothly and on time and even stayed with us until the end making sure we had everything packed up! We could not have done this without her and she took all the stress off my daughter! The wedding was perfect and we would recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a professional wedding coordinator…I don’t see how she gets it all done but she does!Complete Weddings + Events Jacksonville's reply:

Scott and his team did our wedding photos and video for our micro wedding for New Years Eve 2024! They were the only photographer and videographer who were willing to stay up will Midnight to do the wedding ceremony and ball drop with us! They were very professional and guided on on the best poses to do and I will always highly recommend them! I used Complete Weddings and Events Photobooth offering for my Baby shower/ Day party. The photobooth became the highlight of the event!!! Each guest was able to receive a custom photo card after taking a picture and could have it sent to their emails and phone. We also had the option of creating boomerangs. This was a big hit!! At the end a keepsake book was created and I loved reviewing it even days after the event! A digital copy of the pictures and videos was available as well!! Kathy and her team were wonderful, diligent, patient, funny, — all those qualities one needs when planning and executing… but when the chips fall, or the realization comes that your Venue Operator is going to RUIN your daughter’s wedding, Kathy Stanley zoomed in, rolled her sleeves up, and COMPLETELY zeroed in on a new Venue in 6 days! Showtime in 6 days at Cosmopolitan Ballroom ( a game-changer, review to follow)! Her daughter Angela, underscores professionalism and compassion, as she read the room, pinned boutonnières, iced everything, and handled emotional guests!!! The soft skills usually become front & center during Weddings (and funerals) and these two families had their share of losses to contend with in the last year. The ability to pivot and do so gracefully, yet deliver with energy, humor, professionalism, and in a moment’s notice! That is who you want and need in the bunker! -

We were so happy to find a company that had most of our major services all in one package! Photography, videography, photo booth, DJ and lighting package. It kept the stress level down when searching for vendors. Photography also included an engagement session. We were able to fill in all our preferences online leading up to our wedding with planning forms, as well as make payments online towards our balance. The team was easy to work with and our guests LOVED the photo booth. We received a USB with all the photo booth memories (strip photos, boomerangs, etc.) as well as a photo book that was made for us during the night! We didn’t even know about it until my mom brought it to us the next day - the guests put their photo strips in and signed notes to us - it’s a great memory book.Complete Weddings + Events Jacksonville's reply:

We booked with Complete Wedding & Events with a different DJ but last minute got switched to DJ Rob due to some unfortunate circumstances. At first, I was extremely nervous but I had NOTHING to be nervous about. DJ Rob called me a few days before the wedding to go through the flow of the night and songs we selected. Throughout the night he made sure to play all of our requested songs plus many more that kept the party moving. I don’t think there was a single moment after we started dancing that the dance floor was empty. Many of our guests reached out to us after about how much of a great time they had and I 100% agree with them. DJ Rob even threw in a congo line, limbo (with someone’s tie) and at the end a friendship circle where we could say thanks and goodbye to all of our guests. If you’re looking for a DJ for your wedding reception or event and you want everyone to be dancing, I highly recommend DJ Rob. -

I booked everything they had to offer and was enthralled with the services I received. The photographers and videographer were VERY personable and professional. They executed everything that I asked without me even realizing it. Talk about keeping our big day easy and fun. DJ ROJO was an absolute star. I gave him little to no instructions based around a very broad concept and he owned it. He was foot perfect all night, the songs just kept getting better as the night went. We didn’t have a wedding planner, but it’s like they were our wedding planner for the day as well as everything else they did! They kept our day stress free and we couldn’t be happier with the service. You guys helped my dream day come true with no hassle! I spent two hours calling around to different services. Penny Sent on 12/31/2017Complete Weddings and Events is DEFINITELY the way to go for your special event! We used Complete Weddings for our wedding photography and DJ services. Scott (photographer) and Alex (DJ) were, to put it simply, SUPERB. Alex and Scott spent a lot of time before our wedding talking to us to find out what WE wanted our wedding day to be. Then they completely surpassed our wildest dreams!!! Everyone commented on how friendly and helpful both Scott and Alex were. We got compliments during our reception on the music selections (most of which were Alex's suggestions and choices). He was fabulous at suggesting songs that fit the program moments, and chose the rest based on our genre selections. And our photos... OMG... GORGEOUS!!!! Scott had many fabulous ideas for beautiful posed photos, but also seemed to be everywhere at once, and captured awesome candid photos of my new husband and me, as well as all of our guests, the cake, the decor and even the food. Everyone who has seen our photos has commented on their extreme beauty, care for detail, originality and fabulous quality. Everyone loves them. We gave small photo albums to all of our friends and family for Christmas and they were a giant hit!!!!! Thank you Scott and Alex, for the most carefree, satisfying day and truly unforgettable memories... our photos capture every moment of our wedding day in beautiful, vivid color with delightful elegance. Every shot is very complimentary, even to someone as unphotogenic as I consider myself to be. My only regret is that we were unable (on our budget) to also take advantage of the videographer services. We would have LOVED to have had a full video, which also would have captured all of the music.

Everyone I have spoken to has been personable and accommodating. Kathy and Scott have been responsive, warm and inviting. Scott took our engagement photos and he did a great job of capturing our personalities. I am excited to work with them more and can't wait for our wedding. -

The day before the wedding, he came out to meet us at the venue to scope out the area and find the best lighting and angles. The next morning, he came to my hotel and while the girls and I were getting ready in hair and makeup, he overheard we were starving and he personally went out of his way to get us 60 chicken nuggets from McDonald's and ALL the sauce he could find. It was such a joy to work with him and he made us feel so comfortable and made us laugh so much. As if that wasn't enough, the poor man, sweating in the Florida sun, climbs a tree to get as high up as possible to get all 50 of my guests into one beautiful group photo. But wait, there's more! He then drives us to an empty road to get the most beautiful shots of my husband and I as the sun is setting on what will forever be the best day of my life. -

I was having a difficult time finding a photographer and videographer who worked together well. Complete Weddings has one stop shopping for these services and so many options for your budget and “vibe”. Kathy our wedding coordinator was always available with options and ideas. My husband and I used Complete Weddings' DJ services for our wedding on 2/6/21. DJ Rob was our DJ, and we were so impressed by his services! The Complete Weddings team we talked to leading up to the wedding were personable and helpful, and DJ Rob was awesome. We were given a form to fill out to provide what songs we wanted for Bridal Party entrance, First Dance, Father/Daughter, etc. There were also areas to select your "Top 5 Must-Play" songs. Me, being very particular about music and having a huge list of songs I needed played to make it a perfect night, contacted Rob to let him know of my lengthy song playlist. Rob had no issue at all adhering to my requests and played most of the songs on my list (and played all the ones I absolutely needed). He was respectful of my husband and I so that we were never embarrassed in front of our guests, but he also kept it super fun. My husband's heritage is Cuban, and Rob did a fantastic job balancing Hispanic songs with the crowd favorites. As it was our wedding, it was also important to me that slow, romantic songs were played throughout the night, which Rob again listened to and adhered to. Rob even went above and beyond his line of duty to make sure my husband and I were cared for during the night, ensuring we had time to eat and that our glasses were filled. One of the best things of the night was Rob's idea to do a circle at the end of the reception and have my husband and I go around the circle to thank each guest for coming. This was greatly appreciated as we didn't have an opportunity to do that at any other point in the weekend. Rob was EXTEMELY impressive with how he incorporated one of my most demanding requests. I come from a Cajun background, where it's normal to do a Second Line, and I wanted the Second Line song to transition into the Conga to pay homage to my husband's background. Rob let me instruct our guests what to do, and then he really did a phenomenal job hyping up our guests to get everyone involved. It was one of the most amazing parts of the night. My guests afterwards said how much fun they had, and a huge part of that was because of Rob! Can't recommend enough!Complete Weddings + Events Jacksonville's reply:

Complete is a one stop shop that relived a lot of planning stress for a bride planning her own wedding. Scott and Cathy are easy to work with and very flexible. They drove all the way Pensacola for my wedding. It was incredibly easy to be able to check off Dj, photo, and cinematography off my long list.
I adore my wedding video. I think it really perfectly captures the day. I waited a few month to write my review so I could really take in my product results. My photos are beautiful, but not exactly what I was hoping for. There were many blurry photos in our final gallery, and the editing style did not exactly meet what I was hoping for and discussed with Scott before hand. I am disappointed I don’t have one clear shot of my grooms face when he first saw me walking down the aisle. We did not do a first look because I wanted to capture that authentic moment down the aisle. That’s the one thing I feel like I am missing from my day, but overall Complete did a great job. They really worked together as a team and stayed out of each other’s way while capturing our day. The price you pay for all services can’t be beat. -

We hired them to do our photo booth and the DJ. My name was misspelled on the photos that all the guests received. I even proofed day's before that the spelling was correct. They did re-print the photo's after with the correct spelling but all my guests went home with the wrong ones. The DJ had multiple mess ups and the computer crashed twice. I had high hopes and this was the only thing that went wrong with for my entire wedding process.
