Cori was awesome.. until I paid the deposit and then she dropped of the face of the planet. She was unresponsive and it took forever to book our engagement session. Despite all difficulties to book, our session was great. Cori was personable and made us feel comfortable. She promised we would have several teaser photos by the next day and all photos delivered within 7 days (which I personally thought was impressive). Three days later and no teasers.. texted her and she posted one to FB. Ten days later and no photos until I texted her and she sent them via email 3 days later. During the waiting games, I was getting messages from strangers on FB describing similar situations with Cori. There was zero professionalism. No contracts were signed so we requested part of our deposit back. It took her 2 months to pay us back. Her photos were amazing but I would not recommend her to anyone. Weddings are stressful enough without adding an unprofessional and unreliable photographer.

I'm not one to usually do this kind of thing but I was curious to see what reviews CoKo had and after I read them I wanted to share my experience. My fiancé and I booked Coko two weeks after our engagement in July 2017. I saw her photos online and we were like WOW! These are gorgeous! Initially, Cori was responsive. We met within the first week to talk about the wedding and put down a deposit. We scheduled our engagement shoot and all was well. One month before our engagement shoot, I messaged Cori to finalize details for our shoot, no response. Week later, no response. Text. No response. 3 days prior to our engagement shoot, she responded to me saying she had her sister's baby shower the day of our engagement shoot and would have to reschedule. We rescheduled and she had to cancel again. Rescheduled again and she was again, not responding till three days prior to shoot. I spoke with my fiancé and we decided to let her go. With her unresponsiveness, I did not feel comfortable having a photographer who was not responsive to photograph my wedding. I tried calling two phone numbers, and no answer. I sent a long text message saying we decided to go with someone else and she IMMEDIATELY responded to the text. We then had our engagement shoot the next week and we had a great time. Cori was friendly and captured great photographs of my fiancé and I. Photographs were delayed to get to me, it took over 2 weeks to get all our photos and again she was very unresponsive. We decided to completely let her go because she was unreliable and not responsive. I tried calling, no answer. So again, we sent a long text and email. We stated that she could keep the deposit for the engagement pictures. She never responded to me. Moral of this post is, go with someone else. Weddings are stressful enough. Photos are the most important thing. Spend your money on a good photographer who is responsive and excited about photograph your day.

Her work is stunning, but her follow through, professionalism, commitment, and attention to detail are a complete failure. I attempted to discuss a small family photo shoot with her from August- September with little accomplished and never got get to commit after she finally agreed and then it took weeks to get her to share pricing. She sent me info for engagement and wedding packages instead, so she had no idea what we had even discussed. I tried again to setup a small photo session for an anniversary party, she finally agreed and again wouldn't give me pricing. Then she did agree, but never gave me the info for setting up payment, contact, or commitments of any kind. This went from September to December. She stopped responding to me completely after I tried to message and confirm whether she was still okay with our agreed date/time/amount and tried to offer mailing, online, in person, or any other way to financially commit. Her voicemail inbox was full and I told her I couldn't leave a message. She's a nightmare! 10/10 would NOT recommend!!!

Don’t waste you’re money. Regret hiring them for my wedding photos.
She completely half assed my wedding photos and you can tell when you look through the gallery. Photos are the only thing you have left to look back in your wedding day and she didn’t take my wedding photos seriously at all.
She was very horrible at getting back to me in a timely manner when I was planning but I chalked that up to her being busy and didn’t think much of it.
Once my wedding day came she was late and rushed through all of the pictures.
After the wedding she clamiend she would post teasers the Monday after my wedding. It took weeks to get those back. Trying to get my wedding pictures back was a nightmare. She told me I would have them back by 10-15-18. When that day came she claimed she needed until the next morning then she would email me the link to the gallery. The morning came and I didn’t get my picture back. She kept giving me the same run around telling me she would
Get them to me that night and then nothing. This went on for weeks before I finally got my pictures back. I would have been completely fine with the delay if she would have just been honest with me but the fact she kept lying was annoying to deal with.
She was so unprofessional to deal with and it was such a headache.
I absolutely loved my teasers but once I got the rest back I was extremely disappointed. A lot of them were blurry, she had a second shooter with her and she didn’t even get my husbands reaction to me walking down the aisle. (Why I even hired a second shooter and I made this clear to her) it looks like she wasn’t even paying attention what she was doing in most of the bridal party pictures and the family photo. She completely cut out my husband cousin and had so much room on the other side. Bridesmaids faces were covered since they were behind others and she didn’t say anything.
She is careless and unoprofsssinal and her work shows it

We decided to book Cori after seeing her amazing work on facebook and her website. Without a doubt, she is a good photographer, however her professionalism and responsiveness leaves much to be desired. We booked her shortly after our engagement. Received the contract promptly and set up a date for engagement photos. We did not get anything included in the contract. It was supposed to be a 2 hour session, she allotted one hour and rushed through them to get to another session. We were promised teasers the next day and the full session within two weeks. We never received any teasers and it took well over a month to get our pictures. We attempted to contact her via text, cell, email, and facebook messages with no response. She kept telling me she would upload them "this evening" and this evening never arrived. Once they were uploaded, it took over a week just to get the password to view them. The password she gave me was incorrect so we spent another week trying to get the correct password. I still haven't received a disk of my engagement photos. The online gallery is all I have. The engagement pictures were wonderful so we decided to keep her for the wedding, despite my husband wanting someone else. I attempted to contact her several times in the 8 months before our wedding, no response. The only time she was prompt in responding was when a payment was due. She was timely to the wedding but we were disappointed in our results. The pictures were typical and nothing special. It took 3 months to get our wedding photos back. I had to message several times for teasers which took a month to get. We had to reschedule our meeting 3 times to get a copy of the pictures. She told me she would upload them to my online gallery that night. I messaged her a week later asking if this had been done and still have no response and they still aren't uploaded. Once they are uploaded online, you can share and order prints so it is kind of important to me.

I booked Cori as my wedding photographer, and then SHE DID NOT SHOW UP the day of my wedding. Her phone was off the morning of and she was completely unreachable. She called during our ceremony to blame it all on her assistant writing down the wrong times.

Take your business elsewhere. It still makes me sick that I spent months preparing for this day, and a supposed professional couldn’t do their job. Now I’m left with very few quality photographs documenting one of the most significant days of my life.
