Thank you for a wonderful wedding experience. The entire event from planning through the event day could not have been handled more professionally. The Event Planner was always available and prepared to answer questions and provide guidance. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our guests commented the food was exceptional and the venue was beautiful. We can not say enough!! A hidden gem!!

Coatesville Country Club was the perfect choice for our wedding reception. We were a young couple and other venues we visited did not want to give us the time of day but Lori was so sweet and professional from day one. She listened to every one of my requests and had such a "can-do" attitude about each one. She gave her expert advise when needed but still let us make the decisions. The staff did such an amazing job as well, Amy was my bridal attendant for the day of and I had her running all over the place but she did it all with a smile and such a sweet attitude. I'm so grateful for the team at CCC for helping to make my wedding day even more perfect than I could have imagined! This place is a hidden gem, people are still raving about the great food and about how much fun this place was for our reception. You won't go wrong picking Lori and Coatesville Country Club for your special day. I seriously couldn't be happier that we had our reception here. :)

As I was planning my wedding, people constantly told me that there will be something that goes wrong, but you will be the only person to notice. Well, our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and that is all due to Lori (events manager) and the romantic venue of CCC. Lori was so fun and easy to work with. She listened to all of my ideas and helped make my visions come true. There was not one second of the wedding planning process where I felt stressed about the venue because I had complete confidence in Lori.
During the wedding tons of the guests commented about the fabulous food and the generous portions. No one was left hungry at the wedding, that is for sure! Taking pictures was also super easy, as CCC provided golf carts to take us to prime photo spots. Finally, my husband and I felt like royalty all night at the way the staff treated us.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lori and this wedding venue. If you are on the fence, don't be. Coatesville Country Club will take care of all of your wedding needs, and you will not be disappointed!!

My husband and I could not be more happier with the level of professionalism and service we received from Lori and the Coatesville Country Club staff. They worked with us to help us stay within our budget, even offered ideas and alternatives that would help the day go smoothly. I was extremely pleased with the fact that every step of the way, Lori was always available to answer any questions or to meet face to face with my vendors. The food was great, the decorations and layout was perfect, and our guest had a great time. Our day turned out beautiful, beyond what we had hoped for and it was all thanks to the dedication and commitment to providing great customer service that the Coatesville Country Club staff embodies. I honestly couldn't be anymore happier with the Coatesville Country Club! They really made everything perfect that day! Special shout out to Lori for returning every email I had even on vacation! Amy to answering all of my texts and giving me her number knowing full well I'd be blowing her up! Haha! Everyone else that day was just amazing. Food was delicious. I could go on and on! Wow! The Coatesville Country Club was the PERFECT place to hold our wedding. Lori, the wedding coordinator, was truly incredible. I felt like I could have trusted her with my life! Anything we needed, any crazy request we had, any weird accommodation our guests required at the last minute - Lori made it happen with a breeze. And her team - wow!! Our wedding was two months ago, and I still have guests that attended our wedding telling me great things that the team at the Country Club did for them, or how their needs were accommodated so smoothly, that we didn't even know happened during our big day! One of my relatives actually told me that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, and I have no doubt in my mind that this was because of Lori and her team's efforts! We didn't have to worry about a single thing, yet the wedding was absolutely beautiful. Lori and her team handled all of set-up and clean-up, including all of our little decorations that we dropped off the day before. Her chef assembled our wedding cake the day of the wedding, AND MADE THE BEST FOOD!! Her bartender made an effort to meet my husband and I, wish us congratulations, and was just the sweetest and most helpful to my guests. I really couldn't say enough great things about the Coatesville Country Club and all of the staff there!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Lori and her team at Coatesville Country Club. My daughter, last minute, decided she wanted a sweet 16 bday party. Her bday is a few days before Christmas so I was nervous about finding a venue and taking care of all the little details that go along with planning a party. Lori went above and beyond in every respect. She made the whole process practically stress free! It was wonderful! I was more than pleasantly surprised at how everything came together seamlessly. Lori and her staff made my daughter's bday so very special. According to her, it was a hit and everyone at school was talking about it. From the decor, to the food, to the service, everything was A+

Lori the Banquet Manager & Laurie the Bartender are the utmost best at their craft!!! And the food is delic! Whether you are managing the event or a guest with CCC, they are a joy to work with and will make your event a joyous time!!

CCC was the BEST venue and TEAM to work with for our wedding! We searched high and low for a venue that fit us and nothing compared to the beauty and service we received here.
Lori, the event planner, is the kindest and most flexible person to work with. She and her team really go above and beyond to accommodate ANY wants/needs you have for your big day. She consistently checks in throughout the planning process and responds super-fast 7 days a week! She helped me think of details I would have missed otherwise.
The food is delicious! If you are considering CCC and another venue, try the food and you will choose them :) We had a great experience at our tasting and we were allowed to bring our parents with us. They accommodated all of our dietary concerns with no problem. The food was just as delicious on our big day. Not a single guest had any complaints and we still have people raving to us about how good it was!
Our other vendors really enjoyed CCC and the staff as well and made a point to tell my husband and I how awesome they were to work with!
We were really looking forward to taking our entire wedding party out on golf carts for pictures, but the weather did not cooperate with us. Even so, we had multiple spots for fantastic pictures! The golf carts will be an added bonus for anyone who gets a beautiful day!
