Clothier of Wynnewood, once the home of prominent Philadelphia merchant, Issac Clothier is a newly renovated venue. With an expansive terrace, manicured landscaping, a beautiful modern ballroom this facility honors its history while being fashionably Today. Nestled on five beautiful acres, the venue includes a stage, wedding suite, plus lighting and sound features, making it the perfect place for any celebration.

Facilities and Capacity

Clothier flows naturally from space to space creating a dynamic location for a wedding ceremony and reception. The outdoor patio (tented six months of the year and included in your rental) can seat 230 guests and is surrounded by a lush garden. The terrace flows directly into a reception bar area complete with a comfortable lounge. Curtains separate the ballroom for an exciting reveal as guests are invited to dinner. A large dance floor in front of the entertainment stage assures abundant opportunity for lots of dancing. Tables, white padded ceremony chairs, gold chiavari dining room chairs are all included in the very reasonable venue fee. Our secluded bridal suite is complete with make-up studio and private bathroom. The Reception Hall has seated indoor dinner capacity of 270 (250 with dance floor) and a standing indoor cocktail reception for your 270 guests. Menus are crafted to your particular event and warmly served by our gracious staff. Our ample parking lot is another great reason not to go into the city! To alleviate wedding stress, the team can set up by arranging the tables and chairs to align with your preferred layout and clean up afterward. A number of event items, such as centerpieces, drapes, chair covers, and more, can also be added to the space. For outdoor ceremonies, the staff can organize tents, aisle markers, and arches on the lawn for a personalized setting.
