Mary at Cleveland florist provided my flowers. She did an amazing job and helped me to think of new ideas for some things to stay on budget. She even met me at the shop on her day off (sunday) so I could pick up my flowers that day. When I got there to pick them up, there was a miscommunication and the girls bouquets were not quite right. She did not panic but simply said give her ten minutes and she would fix the problem. She did and I was so pleased with their price and service. A+ The only negative is that she seems booked alot so try to make an appointment on a weekday not around a holiday.

The flowers were good, but the price that we started with wasn't were we ended up at. It was over $100 more than I was told when i ordered the flowers.

I was disappointed in Cleveland Florist. They came highly recommended but when my bouquet was delivered, it was the wrong flowers. There was no time to return them unfortunately. They had specific instructions and a picture and they still did not get it right. I would not recommend them for a wedding.
