I highly recommend this Salon for wedding parties. I had hair and makeup done here and my bridal party all had hair and some had makeup. Everyone looked beautiful. The salon is very friendly I changed several girls’ appointments around prior to my wedding day.

The day of they let us "set up camp" with 1 bride, 5 bridesmaids, 1 mother of the groom & 2 flowers girls (one who pulled chairs together to take a power nap-she' 2)
I had my hair trail a month before my wedding and I have to say my hair came out even better on the day of my wedding. Barbara did my hair and makeup and she did such a great job. I was so truly amazed how it came out and it really started the day on the right foot. My makeup was beautiful as well. I felt like a princess that day and it was mostly due to my hair and makeup.

had an extremely disappointing experience at this hair salon. They did a horrible job with my hair color, and then had the audacity to charge me extra for a shampoo and blowout. Were they really going to let me leave without washing and styling my hair to confirm the color was correct? What a rip off. Make
"SURE" to ask for every single charge before agreeing to any services here. Buyer beware they will force you to sign a waiver before any hair color so they're not liable if the destroy the condition or color then force you to pay to correct their mistakes to finally obtain the color you desire.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and have been in contact with my attorney. Their waiver is not even a legal document they can still be held accountable for their incompetence of doing my hair color wrong. When I then called to make an appointment to have my color corrected they wanted me to pay for the service again.
When my credit card was charged the posted the payment as if i requested a different service and not the salon location I visited they used a different name it was not
"Classical Concepts" it was
"Kimberley A Day Spa LT." that's shady.
