Original owner “Grandpa Souren” began baking at the age of 17, and after immigrating to the United States, co-created Classic Bakery with his son, Rubic, in 1991. For your convenience, Classic Bakery provides a complimentary initial wedding consultation for a cake sampling and sketching of your dream wedding cake. The bakery’s team of wedding specialists are happy to consult with you throughout the cake-making process. Every Classic Bakery wedding cake is customized according to the couple’s personality, style, and personal taste. The bakery proudly offers diabetic, nut-free, lactose-free, and vegan options for its clients, and cream and fondant icing options are available. Fondant can be customized to any desired color, and cream flavors include buttercream, chocolate mousse, and mocha. Classic Bakery specializes in sponge cakes, and - aside from standard flavors including yellow, chocolate, marble and red velvet - offers premium flavors like amaretto, banana, butterscotch, coconut, lemon, and spiced carrot. Classic Bakery sources its fresh, delicious cake filling ingredients from locations worldwide, including Belgium, Italy, and Switzerland. Only naturally-flavored ingredients are used, and almost any desired fruit is available, from peaches and strawberries to kiwis and mangoes.
