Made my wedding dream look come true!!

I was in search of a personal trainer to help me take my fitness to the next level and reach my goal weight for my wedding. I was already spinning and doing yoga regularly but I needed to add something different to really reach my goals. I walked into Clarendon fitness and was greeted by the own, Pascal. I told to him what I was looking for and that since I’d already tried a lot of gyms in the DC area that I was skeptical of what would really work for me. Pascal listened to what I was looking for and explained how Clarendon Fitness was different than any other gym in the area. They use a multi-trainer system to help you achieve your best results combined with nutrition counseling.

I’m SOOOO glad I decided to give it a try. I worked with two trainers, Kimberly and Abdule, for 6 months and checked in regularly with Pascal to monitor my results and nutrition. All three were professional, knowledgeable and passionate about helping me achieve my goals. It was like having a team behind me, cheering my on. a I felt like a celebrity with all the personalized support and attention I received. In the beginning, I was hesitant to start lifting heavier weights because I thought I’d get bigger. But by the end, I became OBSESSED with lifting. My body never felt stronger and never looked toner. I also started taking the nutrition supplements that Pascal recommended, like Fish Oil, D3, and a multivitamin. By the end of the 6 months – I felt AWESOME – both physically and mentally. I loved how my wedding dress looked and received complements from so many people. But, even more than that, I LOVED how I felt so healthy and was having so much fun doing it.

It was an awesome experience and I’d highly recommend working with Clarendon Fitness for your wedding prep or just to get in the best shape of your life. Kimberly and Abdule are the best trainers I’ve ever had and trust me I’ve tried a bunch. They absolutely rock. It’s totally worth it

Now that my wedding has come and gone, I wanted review my wonderful experience at Clarendon Fitness with Jamel. Not only did numerous people come up to me at my wedding saying how it was the best I've ever looked, people went as far to ask me, "What have you been doing to make your arms look so great?" and "What's your fitness routine? I need to do whatever you're doing!"

I give all of the credit to Jamel and Clarendon Fitness. I learned so much over the 8 weeks and could tell such a difference in the way I looked and the way I felt. Even my clothes are fitting differently - and by differently I mean sagging off of me. It's clear that Jamel's techniques and strategy for toning and weight loss are a success!
