Flexibility

The weather on my wedding day was a little rocky but my Violinist was so sweet. They talked me through the options and we ultimately decided that he would play outside as long as the weather heald up. Every song was so beautiful and I cried during my walk down the aisle cause it was everything I had imagined. I reccomend having the song Francis Forever by Mitski on your list for sure!

Exceeded our Expectations

We had City Six Strings play during our ceremony and through cocktail hour. While reflecting on our wedding day we both wished we could have enjoyed their music more! However the bits we did capture throughout the hustle and bustle felt like a soundtrack to our day. While walking together from our ceremony to cocktail hour, we could hear the specific song we requested which was not on their repertoire list and it made for a romantic moment between us to comment how happy we were to hear the song. Overall, City Six Strings exceeded our expectations for professionalism, organization, and quality of service! We would highly recommend them for any event.

Beautiful Ceremony Music

We hired City Six Strings for our ceremony music and it was a great decision! The music was exactly what I wanted, and we got so many compliments. Also, having live musicians is more affordable than you think - great value! I highly recommend City Six Strings!

Special and Personal Experience

How incredibly special to have string musicians play your ceremony?? City Six Strings made my wedding day dreams come true with a beautiful cello duo! They were so easy to communicate with, allowed us a couple custom song requests without charging extra, and played so beautifully on the wedding day. Highly recommend! The best duo!

I highly recommend City Six Strings! My husband and I chose to have a violinist and cellist at our wedding ceremony and the duo played beautifully! I had many compliments from guests all evening long! They were quick to respond to any questions I had. They even found the music and learned how to play a song that is extremely special to my husband and me. I would definitely recommend City Six Strings!

Talented violinist

Sarah performed at our daughter’s outdoor wedding ceremony. She was very professional, reliable and most of all a very talented violinist. Many guests at the wedding commented on how much they enjoyed the music. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend you hire her for your next event.

Beautiful musician!

Extremely satisfying

Sarah would be a wonderful addition to any wedding ceremony. Her playing is extraordinary, done with grace and a quiet presence that created a wonderful ambiance during the ceremony, and a spark of delight to the reception. Sarah was able to play any of the songs requested of her, and if she was not familiar with the song, she looked it up and sight read it! Hiring Sarah was an excellent decision!

Sarah was amazing to work with!

I got married in July 2019 and worked with Sarah to have a violin and cello duo. They did incredible and were the perfect touch to our ceremony! Sarah was so easy to work with and was very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend working with Sarah for your wedding!
