I absolutely recommend the Silver & Strings Trio. They were immediately responsive, extremely helpful, and completely willing to provide exactly what we wanted. Their professionalism and obvious experience made it so easy on our end. Importantly, the trio is uniquely suited to play ceremony music, with masterly control of their instruments.

The Silver and Strings Trio provided the atmosphere for my entire ceremony. Due to some construction, we started kind of late, which stressed me (the bride) out. But the trio just kept playing, and their music calmed me down out in the hallway. I knew that I did not have to worry about a thing, they handled the change of schedule gracefully. Their selection of music is very wide, I definitely appreciated the choice between classical and pop, and we actually went with a mix of the two! There are also some gorgeous hymns on the list, and as my ceremony was a religious one, I appreciated those options. We did a sand ceremony and again it took way longer than expected to pour all that sand. But where a CD would have stopped and left us in awkward silence, these amazing professionals rolled with the changes, and no one knew that I was shaking from nerves and not pouring the sand fast enough! The music is stunning on our homemade wedding video, and when we watch it, the picture is a little blurry and the words are difficult to make out but the music comes in clear as a bell, and we'll enjoy that forever. I'm impressed to this day. I cannot say enough about the quality of the sound, while flute, cello and piano are so different they blend in wonderful arrangements that are designed to feature each instrument. (I'm a cellist, so having the melody sometimes matters to me!) Over all, having live musicians will take stress out of your day, but you want good musicians, and freedom to choose the music that fits your taste, and that is why this is the group you want.
