Caroline did such an amazing job as our day of wedding coordinator! We cannot thank her and her partner enough!

Anyone on the fence about whether or not to hire a wedding planner will definitely not regret their decision! We can't imagine the day without having them there.

As the Father of the Bride and have never planned or executed a wedding, you could say our plate was full. However, when my daughter brought up the idea of a Wedding Planner, I was still skeptical. We decided to take on the additional expense and hire a planner. Thank goodness we found City Beautiful Events, and specifically Caroline Kemp. What a professional! I could not imagine getting through the wedding day without Caroline. Not a worry in the world for any of us. Did not have to remind everyone of our timeline, no vendors to oversee, no guests special requests to concern ourselves with. What we had the ability to do, was watch our daughter on her most special day! Caroline flawlessly orchestrated everything from behind the scenes. I have two more daughters, and when their wedding are scheduled, I know who will be my first call, Caroline at City Beautiful Events.

We used City Beautiful Events for our wedding in Orlando and Christine is the best wedding planner hands down!! Since the beginning working with her, we felt so much at ease with all the planning that was going to take place. She made sure to keep us involved in the planning without being overwhelmed. We lived in different states, one in Washington DC and the other in Florida, but that was not a problem. Christine was there and if we needed to check up anything in Florida, she was willing. She is really good with texting and calling and we had many group calls since we couldn't always meet in person and everything worked out great.
Once the big day arrived, everything fell into place, from the rehearsal the previous day to driving us out herself to our hotel after the wedding!!!

The wedding was so perfect and all thanks to Christine and her team. She worked well with other vendors (many of them had worked with her already, which was great). From food, to decorations, every guest was happy and satisfied and the wedding was a great blast!

So if you are considering hiring City beautiful events for you wedding, do it and it will be the best decision!!!

We hired City Beautiful Events about 2 months before our wedding and it was the best decision we made. Caroline was our day of coordinator and she made our day flow so perfectly! I have had friends and family tell us how impressed they were with how smoothly our wedding flowed. Worth every penny!

I cannot say enough great things about Christine and her team! I am not naturally wedding-inclined, and she made the process easy and enjoyable from coordinating meetings, sitting down with us one-on-one, and perfectly executing our ideas for the day. One of the things we appreciated most was how accessible Christine makes herself - any question at any time was answered and handled immediately. We had the very best wedding day and are so so glad we had the perfect team to make it happen

I would highly recommend this company. I am a wedding videographer and I have worked with is company recently. They were very helpful. I think it is very important for vendors to work well with other vendors to make sure that the wedding is the best it can be.

We worked with Christine throughout the process and she was amazing! She was always there to answer any question day or night. Her energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism made the wedding planning enjoyable. I don't think our day would have been as spectacular without her. She kept us on time without feeling rushed. What can I not say about Christine and her staff?! She is beyond professional, efficient and compassionate! To our first meeting to the end of our wedding night; Christine made sure that our thoughts and goals of how we wanted our wedding to be, go off with out a hitch. I’m not sure I can put into words how incredible it was to work with City Beautiful Events. I am a control freak to the max, but Christine consistently calmed me down and efficiently managed everything without fail. I felt at ease with Christine the entire process! She is extremely detail-oriented, reliable, and genuinely caring. Not only that, but she quite possibly knows every vendor in the area and continued to make our ideas into realities. My wedding was a dream come true, and I also gained a wonderful friend in the process!
