When I was searching for my photographer, I was looking for someone who would be fun to work with, budget friendly and familiar with my venue. Mackenzie was all of the above. I selected a package that included both our engagement shoot and the wedding. I could not be happier with all of the beautiful photos she took for us. From start to finish, the process went smoothly. She was very knowledgeable on day of timing which kept everything on track and stress-free. My only regret is that I did not book her for a longer time period so we could have had even more great photos!

Chuck Roberts photography was amazing to work with. From start to finish we felt comfortable and had the greatest time taking pictures, for two people who are not photogenic Mackenzie sure worked her magic!! Chuck Roberts photography is very professional, sweet, funny, (she had us laughing a whole bunch) and very, very efficient. We would highly recommend Chuck Roberts photography for your wedding, but I would certainly do it quickly they are very good at what they do!! Mackenzie also recommended our DJ who was amazing. Mackenzie and Chuck do an awesome job and were preferred vendors of our venue. On the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond the level of service that we expected. After we shopped around she was reasonably priced. Keep in mind that these are WEDDING photos and they do take A LOT of time to go thru and edit. I was very happy that she new the area and even took us to a nice place in Roseville for our Engagement photos. The only harp which is not all that big of a deal was that the time getting the photos took 8 months after the wedding to get. She was precise though in keeping us informed throughout the entire process. She even had a since of humor when it came to dealing with my brothers and the groomsmen! Would definitely recommend her!

Mackenzie was a true gem of a photographer. She was so professional and efficient! I will continue to call Chuck Roberts photography for future family photos as well as my child's personal events! I have photos and an experience, that I will cherish for a lifetime! Thank you for making my special day so stress free and organized!

If I could give a 10 I would. MacKenzie with Chuck Roberts Photography and her father were beyond AMAZING!! She knew our wedding site so well that she had the exact perfect spots to take those ever lasting moments that my daughter and her husband will cherish forever. She was so professional and nice to all of the wedding party and helped us in SO many ways never acting like it wasn't part of her job to do it. We would definitely recommend her and we can't wait to see the completed book of photos of our daughter's special day.

Mackenzie is amazing! Both me and my husband don't like getting our pictures taken, but she managed to help us feel relaxed and natural. She really captures those "candid" moments without you knowing you're even taking them. She was sure to fill me in on every step of the way, never leaving me wondering. She's beyond helpful and friendly. When I had trouble finding hair and makeup, she was on it right away to give me options of people she knew. Also, my venue didn't provide a coordinator for our rehearsal, so Mackenzie stepped in and basically ran the entire rehearsal for us. So thankful for her. You'll regret not choosing her!

Mackenzie is an absolute delight to work with! From the very beginning, she helps map out the timeline and keeps things on track day-of. But more than that, her personality is so comfortable, even for those who may not feel so comfortable in front of the camera, she can create models!. She helps direct for a comfortable pose, while still capturing candid moments and keeping it genuine! But above all; her work IS ART!!! ~Truly!!! She has an incredible eye and imagination to get amazing shots that are true artistry! Besides these incredible attributes, she is quick to respond and schedule, as well as return your photos in a timely manner! She also knows her stuff when it comes to venues, as far as great photo spots and timing of daylight/ shadows/ sunset. Truly the best!!!

We initially met with several wedding photographers for our wedding mid-last year. I was disappointed with the approach of most photographers. I really wanted someone to take charge and tell me what they need to me/wedding party to do to get great photos of our wedding, be schedule oriented and organized. Most fell short of this expectation and preferred the "hands off" approach. Although this is fine for some it really wasn't what we looked for. Then we found Mackenzie at Chuck Roberts Photography. We were really set aside by her beautiful photos, but more impressed with her input as to what would look best for our wedding after giving her the details. She created lists and worked with us on the price to fit our budget. We agreed on a price and the services that would be rendered (definitely received and extremely large amount of services in comparison to the price) and we were off and running.
During the months leading up to the wedding Mackenzie was always only an email or call away. Extraordinarily attentive, which was great for my Type A personality. She worked with other vendors to ensure we were all on the same page including our videographer, DJ and Caterer. Prior to the wedding we had our engagement photos taken which completely set my mind at ease knowing how meticulous Mackenzie was in her sessions; ensuring she took the exact right photo. It was also nice to see she had excellent equipment and was no hobby wedding photographer.
On the wedding day, she arrived early and was excellent at coordinating the photos and really keeping everyone to the schedule that we had setup. As we did not have a wedding planner this was of great help. During the wedding we almost didnt realize she was there taking photos. It really let us enjoy the moment.
