We definitely didn't make it easy for them being that our wedding was at my parents house, not a lot of room for them to move around and work efficiently, but they came through and made our day so special. We highly highly highly recommend Chris and his team. You won't be disappointed.

Hands down the best part of our wedding.
As a bride I second-guessed EVERYTHING. I wanted every detail to be perfect, obviously lol. Chris was our first catering choice and our first tasting. We were absolutely blown away not only by the food (and we are very much "foodies"), but also by his hospitality. Every single tasting after (with the most well-known, recommended companies in Los Angeles) was so lackluster. You could give him an "idea" and he will create a masterpiece... not even exaggerating. He was our favorite person and favorite vendor- not because he's amazing in the kitchen ( he's unbelievable obviously) but because we instantly felt like family. Every single dish was melt-in-your-mouth phenomenal. whatever we requested, he found a way to perfect it. If we had to do everything over I wouldn't choose anyone else but him and his team. Everyone is STILL talking about the food to this day... and its been two years lol. I can't explain how grateful I am for him and his team.

Chris and his entire team were amazing. Our guests raved about our food - from our charcuterie board and appetizers during cocktail hour to our dinner, everyone was absolutely amazed. Not only was the food top notch, but the service was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend Chris Brugler to anyone looking for an incredible wedding caterer.

I recently hired Chris Brugler Catering to cater my wedding of 100 people and it was one of the best choices that I could have made. Chris and Cindy were absolutely wonderful to work with--super responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. CBC is very reasonably priced and they worked with my budget---and considering the quality of the food they provide it's a REALLY good deal-much better than other vendors I had received quotes from. In addition, they are such professionals and are really hard working--it was literally one of the hottest days of the year and they spent the afternoon outside cooking and prepping in the heat and the food was just amazing.
We served our meal family style and had the following:
-Lavender roasted chicken breast - super juicy and tender
-Pepper crusted filet of beef - this was such a big hit and people couldnt stop raving about how delicious it was--it was melt in your mouth tender
-Green beans with roasted mushrooms - Fresh and the perfect amount of crispness (I hate soggy green beans)
-Roasted fingerling potatoes with creme fraiche - Crispy skin and perfectly cooked
-Arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette - it even had edible flowers and watermelon radishes. It was beautiful and tasty!
