Amazing Food, service, and flexibility for my group of 65. Connie put together a menu designed for my group with Great options

Not only did we host our reception at Chow Bella but also our rehearsal dinner which was a huge success. When our first wedding vendor fell through Chow Bella welcomed us with high quality service. In having to re-plan our entire wedding in four months Chow Bella owner, Connie offered us the entire restaurant for the event at an amazing price. We were able to comfortable fit all 150 guests in the restaurant and still have plenty of room for a dance floor. Our friends and family enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, amazing food, and service. We spent the evening dancing, visiting, and hanging out around the beautiful bar area. The wait staff was friendly, quick, and attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant to either host your event or just for catering.

The food was amazing and Chow came highly recommended. However, I feel like Connie would be better suited for a life in the Caribbean...things just move a little slower for her. They all got done, but I was constantly left wondering if they would and when...and like she had the phrase "chill out dude, I'll get it done" on the tip of her tongue. Overall not a bad experience but not my style of planning. She responds MUCH better to phone than to email, but don't expect anything in writing (even in email) unless you ask for it explicitly. In the end, I'm glad we hired her because it really was the best food I've ever had at a wedding....I just wish I'd known going into it that things would work out as wonderfully as they did. They will. Just have a little patience (extremely difficult as a bride, I know).
