My husband and I got married at Chez Nous November 2024 and it was everything we dreamed of. John and Cheryl were an absolute dream to work with. Their passion for the property and making wedding dreams a reality made the planing process so enjoyable. We cannot recommend this venue enough. You will not regret choosing it as a wedding venue!

Where do we begin my husband and I can’t say enough good things about Chez Nous Wedding Venue and the owners John and Cheryl!

We are beyond thankful John and Cheryl let us use their beautiful venue. They were both so kind, genuine, and easy to communicate with! Whenever we had questions they were quick to answer. In addition they were very accommodating and made us feel right at home! Just a month before the wedding we had to add on another day for rental and they quickly answered and were able to accommodate that without hesitation which was a great relief! They made the wedding planning process extremely easy, and even gave us some recommendations for vendors and lent us some decorations and games to use!

The entire venue is beyond our dreams and as soon as we drove up to the mansion and saw the barn we knew this would be where we spend our special day.

The mansion is nothing short of spectacular with a perfect blend of both modern feel with its added history. Each room was filled with so much detail and every single person from our wedding venue who stayed said it was spectacular and beautiful, in complete awe of its beauty.

The barn is exactly what we dreamed of for a venue. The post and beams covered with lights gave us such a great atmosphere, it was both modern but a rustic feel and exactly what we pictured. The landscape was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for both an inside and outside feel! There was a beautiful outdoor fireplace where people could also enjoy cocktails and warm atmosphere!

We can’t thank John and Cheryl enough for letting us use this beautiful venue for our wedding weekend: from the mansion, to the barn and even the cottage, it was perfect. My husband and I will have the best memories from our wedding and our guests have come to us many times since the wedding to let us know how perfect of a location and Venue we chose. My husband and I highly recommend Chez Nous Venue for any reception need!

Our daughter's wedding at Chez Nous was absolutely magical, and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this beautiful, historic property had been restored with incredible care and love by John and Cheryl. The charm of the 1896 mansion paired with the stunning, glamorous barn provided an ideal mix of elegance and rustic beauty that we had envisioned for the celebration.

The grounds are expansive and beautifully landscaped, offering multiple picture-perfect settings for our ceremony and photos. We especially loved hosting the cocktail hour on the stone patio with the cozy wood-burning fireplace, which added warmth and ambiance to the evening. Inside, the barn was elegantly appointed with chandeliers, wooden beams, and ample space for our guests to dine, dance, and celebrate into the night.

Our family and close friends stayed comfortably in the mansion's luxurious rooms, making it feel like a home away from home. John and Cheryl went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, helping us bring our dream wedding to life. We couldn’t recommend Chez Nous more highly for anyone looking to create lasting memories in a truly unique setting!

From the beautiful barn to the mansion this place is filled with love. My dream wedding venue came true. John and Cheryl sure put their hearts and souls into here.

This venue offers beautiful Vermont foliage outside, and a luxurious stay inside. The house was perfect for us and allowed our out of town wedding party to stay the night. The house also makes for gorgeous photos. You would be hard pressed to find such a stunning venue at a similar price point elsewhere, and you definitely won't find such welcoming and helpful hosts anywhere else!

My husband and I hosted our wedding at Chez Nous this last October. We had recently moved to the area and were hoping to find an affordable venue that could capture our dream of a New England fall wedding. We knew as soon as we arrived that Chez Nous would be the perfect place for our wedding. The barn created a beautiful backdrop to hold our reception and ceremony. We were able to rent both the farm house and nearby cottage for the whole weekend for our wedding party and extended family to stay. Not only were both picturesque, but they felt like being at home. The owners, John and Cheryl helped my husband and I create our dream wedding and welcomed us into their carefully crafted home with open arms from the moment we met them. I would recommend Chez Nous to anyone who is looking to have their wedding in Vermont. We cannot thank John and Cheryl enough for everything they did for us and will cherish the memories made at Chez Nous for a lifetime.

Owners John and Cheryl have created an exquisite venue in Chez Nous. This beautifully restored mansion and newly built barn were the perfect backdrop for our rehearsal, wedding and brunch. Our guests enjoyed every inch of this incredible property.
