I have been going to Emily since she started at the salon and she always does a great job. She suggests cuts and color I would not have thought of but love and she also listens to what I want. She is also a very talented makeup and nail artist. She is very sweet and makes you feel beautiful.

I would highly recommended Chez Ann Salon for a whole bridal party! I was very happy with how my hair and make up turned out and the planning process was very easy. There is a large enough space to accommodate a large party and it was so nice that everyone could get ready at once. I coordinated with the manager Paige and communicating was always easy and she provided me with a timeline well in advance. I did a hair and make up trial a few months earlier, but my other guests just went in day of and were very happy with their hair and make up. I had Liz do my updo and we switched the plan a little day of but she was so comfortable doing so and I loved my hair. Emily did my make up and as someone who doesn't wear heavy make up often I loved that she made me look done up with enough make up to last all day but still like myself. Everyone was happy with their looks & I especially appreciated how they checked in on my mom and talked her through what make up would be best

Chez Anne did a fantastic job on my wedding day. I used them for my makeup and hair. They were fantastic. They also did the bridal party's makeup and hair. My maid of honor did not get a pedicure for the wedding day. They had no pedicure appointments, but allowed her to use their clippers and nail polish for no charge! So accommodating and professional.

Maria did my wedding day makeup, the photographer commented that it was photographing really well. It looked beautiful, she really listened to what I wanted. It was perfect, not overdone but still enough to photograph well. Chris did my hair. I can't say enough good things about Chris, he's amazing. All of the girls looked great with their hairdressers. The only thing I wasn't 100% happy with was I paid full price for the trial when I only had about 15 minutes to get the consultation, and this salon is on the expensive side but the quality of the services were top notch. They also let us have mimosas in the salon during the service.

I would highly recommend hair and make-up services from this Salon for any bride on her wedding day. Antonella and Theresa, respectively, did my hair and make-up and they were calm, patient, and professional. Most importantly, I felt very pretty as a bride on my big day, and received many compliments.

Chez Ann did a beautiful job for my wedding! I got my hair makeup done with three of my bridesmaids, and I was really worried that I wouldn't look the way I wanted to on my wedding day. They had done a hair and make up trial for me, and I worked with Alison for my hair, Teresa and Michelle for my makeup and nails. Alison worked with me to try up and down hairstyles and made sure I was completely happy.

Allie is very talented and I highly recommend requesting her for hair if you're getting married - she is amazing, and makes it look effortless. Teresa did my makeup and made me look sophisticated and perfect, and my makeup lasted all day, which never happens and I don't know how she did it. Michelle did my nails, and added a cute accent nail that was sophisticated and adorable, and made me feel special. She also did a spray tan for me, which was nice because I'd accidentally gotten a ridiculous farmer's tan, and she made me look natural and beautiful, and not at all orange. These girls were amazing, talented and fun, I'd highly recommend them.

The only complaint I have is the poor receptionist services. There was tons of issues booking times for our nails and hair and makeup the day of, and they kept trying to schedule us later than possible for the day of and they kept trying to stagger my appointments with the bridesmaids, which kind of sucked because we wanted to get ready together. The also had us down for incorrect times, and I really worried we were going to show up the day of and there was going to be no one to do our hair. I also picked a bridal package and I wanted to pay for it the day before, but they didn't want to let me because they didn't know if the price would go up based on what they did to my hair -what? First off, they're expensive to begin with, and second of all, isn't that the point of a package? Aside from this though, I'd highly recommend this salon for your wedding, they're very talented and it's worth the hassle with reception.

Worst nail job I've ever seen, and God the customer service was absolutely ghastly. Worst group of bitches I've ever met.
