Cherri is wonderful. She has her business out of her home, but she's still professional. She is a very sweet woman, and works very hard for you. I felt comfortable with her and new she wasn't ripping me off with any extra charges (shipping, rush order, etc.), which I found could have happened had I not ordered through her. She has TONS of books to go through, and she lets you take them home, which helped us make our decision quickly and comfortably. Highly recommend her.
