Chelsea Leigh Music is an Asheville-based musical service, offering versatile instrumental music. Chelsea is a collaborative and solo pianist who plays for events such as music theatre productions, contra dances, weddings, and choir performances, and she is also the owner of her own private music studio. While Chelsea is primarily a pianist, she also plays guitar, banjo, mandolin, and ukulele. She collaborates with a violinist for weddings and offers a piano/violin duo package. In addition to that service, she also plays in a folk duo with her husband where they play various acoustic instruments and sing together. They love to play for weddings and could also add their violinist friend into the mix!

Experience
Chelsea Leigh is a graduate of The Florida State University College of Music in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Music. She now teaches and performs music in Asheville, North Carolina, primarily working in the music theatre department at Mars Hill University and teaching in her private piano, guitar, ukulele, and mandolin studio. In the past she taught as a piano and guitar instructor at Piano Lab Asheville, accompanied Asheville Youth Choir's Concert Choir, and taught music at French Broad River Academy for Girls and Canterbury Classical School of Music. Additionally, Chelsea has worked with Asheville Lyric Opera and was their first Young Artist Piano Intern during the summer of 2017. She also plays for contra dances, waltzes, English country dances, weddings and special events, churches, and various choirs around the WNC region.
