Roslyn from Don Bergeron's was so helpful, patient, and flexible while helping to plan the catering for my Baton Rouge wedding! She is very knowledgeable and connected, and it put me at ease to know that she was familiar with my non traditional venue. She coordinated all of our food, but also took care of the tables and chairs through Doug Olinde LLC. She was willing to work within our budget and made excellent recommendations for our menu, including the cheese torte appetizers that my guests raved about. I requested many last minute changes, and Roslyn handled them all without complaint. The night of my wedding, Chef Don was there himself to ensure that all went smoothly. The service was seamless and professional--they thought of everything! We are so happy we went with Don Bergeron's! There is a reason they are number one in the Baton Rouge area.
