Wow! The food and service Chef David Schwadron catered for our wedding was absolutely delicious. My husband's main priority for our wedding celebration was the food and Chef Schwadron and his staff truly delivered. Aside from making sure our guests enjoyed the butlered passed hors d'oeuvre, scrumptious dinner, and delectable mini deserts he made sure my husband and I also enjoyed the delicious food. His staff had hors d'oeuvres set aside for us and our dinner kept in the oven until we were sitting at our sweetheart table ready for dinner. And at the end of the night he sent us home with a basket of goodies for us to enjoy the day after our wedding. We highly recommend Chef David Schwadron, he is a true food-artist!

I was so incredibly excited to celebrate my fiance and my engagement with a party to share with all of our family and friends... until I started looking for a caterer ;p!! Everywhere I looked the food was sub-par (think cheese tray and chicken cubes on a stick) and to make matters worse the contact person acted like they were doing ME a favor (difficult to reach, not willing to work with us, etc). And then I found Chef David and the heavens parted!! I had heard AMAZING things about his food and the reviews didn't even do it justice. Not only was it delicious and fresh, but the presentation was incredibly creative!! Some crowd favorites was the tuna sashimi with squirtable sake sticks, kobe beef "pigs in a blanket" and caprese salad "shots" (my favorite was the vegetable samosas, to die for)!! The contact person (Christina) was amazing, Chef David actually cared about what we wanted and if we were happy with the outcome and the staff was incredible!! The wait staff even helped me hang decorations before the party started!! If you are looking for an amazing caterer that will have your guests talking and a party where everything is taken care of for you with a smile, then Chef David is the caterer to book!!

Chef David and his team were our saviors. They made our wedding planning less stressful and had tons of creative suggestions and contacts -- this was very important because we are based in NYC. All of the food that they served from the appetizers to the meals were fabulous -- and we're from NYC so we are spoiled with tons of great food options. We are getting fabulous reviews of the food from our NY and Italy-based guests. We highly recommend anyone looking for an A+ team and delicious food.
