Our wedding guests keep raving about the cheesecake at our wedding. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The service was impeccable and the final product was phenomenal. Guests really enjoyed the variety and richness cheesecake provided. We also had a lovely cake for cutting. Luckily cheesecake freezes quite well, so we will be feasting on the leftovers for the next few weeks.

My husband and I met while I was in school in Greensboro, NC and Cheesecakes by Alex was one of our favorite dessert spots. When it came time to pick the cake for our wedding, I knew I wanted to have cheesecake in addition to wedding cake. We got married outside of Philadelphia and I tried multiple places near our venue but none compared with Cheesecakes by Alex. I contacted the store and was so happy to find out that they ship their cakes! Alex was great to work with - he answered all of our questions and coordinated with our caterer to ensure that all of the cakes were delivered on time and provided us with instructions for thawing, serving, etc. Our guests RAVED about the cheesecake and all agreed it was the best they have ever had. We are so happy we decided to go with Cheesecakes by Alex!

This was for sure one of the highlights of our wedding!
I showed Alex a photo of a wedding cake that I liked the style of and, together, we worked on making it the perfect 4-flavor cheesecake wedding cake.
The result... perfection!
Alex grasped my vintage theme and when you give him artistic freedom, he'll give you something more than you could have dreamed of.
Oh, and there was not 1 person at our 100 guest wedding who did not "love the cake."
We saved at least $300 by doing a more beautiful, more unique, more delicious cake with Alex.

I really love Alex's Cheesecake, and we know he would be the on providing our the wedding cake at our wedding, even though it is not "traditional" wedding cake. When we called him, he said that although he does not advertise the the wedding industry, he is happy to make them and can stake, and simply decorate them with fresh flowers. It was very nice, and oh so tasty. Recently my wife was in a staff meeting with a young fiancee. All of the older colleagues said cake does not matter, no one remembers it either, to which my wife said, actually, many people commented on how good ours was.

The cheesecakes for our wedding were delicious! We also ordered a strawberry red velvet layer cake for our cutting cake. The prices were extremely reasonable for how much cake we received, and the vendor made sure to delivery the cakes early when the weather turned sour for the weekend. Communicating with Alex was a little difficult, as he was not very responsive by email. They also called me after I made my final payment to claim I still owed them the second half of my deposit, but the issue was soon cleared up with them. A wonderful value - we're still enjoying some of our cheesecake almost three months later!
