We opted to have cheesecake instead of actual wedding cake since my husband loves cheesecake. Cheesecake Factory was a breeze to work with, my mom had called ahead to order, but was told to just show up a day before and she could pick up the cheesecakes then (we had plain, i'm not sure about their pre-ordering for the other cheesecakes). We got a few of the cheesecakes from Cheesecake Factory because we could get them whole, not already sliced, so we used those for our cake table and displayed them on tiers, and used one for the cake cutting. I only gave 3 stars for value for cost, because we got the majority of our cheesecakes at Sam's Club for less $$ and they were just as tasty (or so i was told, i didn't get to try both), but they were pre-sliced so if that's not something you want, go for Cheesecake Factory
