Charlyn Farms is a rustic barn and farm wedding venue located in Marietta, South Carolina. Tucked in the wooded hills on 45 acres of beautifully landscaped property, Charlyn Farms is the perfect setting for couples to celebrate an outdoor or rustic-themed wedding. The venue is also located just 15 minutes from Easley, offering a perfect blend of convenience, nature, beauty, and modern amenities.
Facilities and Capacity
Charlyn Farms has the services and accommodations to host up to 200 of your friends and family. The event venue is home to a multitude of ceremony sites, including the front lawn, a large deck that overlooks the wooded mountainside, and a patio with a fireplace for more intimate ceremonies. For indoor celebrations, there is the rustic 42,000-square-foot temperature-controlled barn, which is complete with two bathrooms, a bridal/groom suite, and a full kitchen. Authentic and lovely, Charlyn Farms has everything you need to celebrate your big day with style and charm.

Wonderful Experience
We had my daughter and son in law’s wedding on March 21, 2021 at Charlyn Farms. We were planning the wedding from a distance and Kristin was always quick to respond to our questions by either email or text. The venue was beautiful on the wedding day. Our coordinator was very helpful by telling vendors where to set up and the whole day went very smoothly. Our guests all had a great time. I cannot say enough positive things about Charlyn Farms.

Kind and Helpful Owners + Beautiful Venue
My husband and I got married November 2017!! The owners were so hospitable and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and the day of the wedding day. Kristin was amazing. We wanted something affordable and different than the typical "barn" venue. This venue gave the feel of being in your own world, as it is surrounded by woods. I think we ended up having about 120+ actually attend the wedding and we had plenty of space. We got married on the patio and now they have even more pretty spots around the venue itself. It was really a dream worthing with such a hospitable venue and I would highly recommend them to future brides or any event that needs a venue that is secluded and can be totally made into whatever your vision is. Love the family who owns this venue so much!

Dream Come True
There are not enough words to convey my appreciation for Kristin. She made all of my dreams into a reality. From planning all the way up until wedding day she made me feel important and made me feel extremely confident in how the day would flow. My husband and I adored her and are SO thankful for all she did to make our day so special. Charlyn Farms is a STUNNING place. It has such a peaceful setting and it is secluded so it made our day feel intimate. The venue has plenty of space for you and your girls to get ready in the morning of. It is a beautiful bridal suite. Kristin made sure all of my visions I had for the day were made into a reality. She has great taste and really exceeded all of my expectations with our decor. I could not be happier with our wedding day. The best decision we made was choosing Charlyn Farms as our venue and having Kristin coordinate and take care of all of the details. Not only did me, my husband, and our families love Kristin and the venue, our guests have not stopped raving about our gorgeous venue. If you are looking for a stress free day, and a beautiful rustic setting look no further!

The total package
Kristin makes this process a breeze. Do yourself a favor and make sure to hire her as a wedding coordinator if you don’t have one already. The extra touches that Kristin put on our wedding really made it beautiful. She was so flexible with our many visits and walking us through the whole planning process. Tables, chairs, and a lot of decor was included. Total steal! You won’t be disappointed.

Kristin made everything run smoothly! Our day was absolutely perfect. The venue was my absolute favorite part. I love anything rustic and Charlyn Farms hit the nail on the head with their rustic but chic venue! 💓

Exceptional
Charlyn Farms made my dream wedding a reality. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The inside of the barn is so gorgeous that I didn’t even that much decor. The location of the venue is perfect because the private drive takes you far off the road and all you hear is the peaceful sound of nature. Another fabulous thing is the huge rustic barn has AC! So many others do not. The bridal suite is perfect for you and your bridesmaids to get ready as there is a makeup bar with HUGE mirrors and exceptional lighting. The owners of the venue did my food for the wedding also and my guests told me it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The venue has a beautiful stone fireplace outside as well as an enormous deck that lights up at night. There are so many things that make this venue a unique atmosphere. I was so pleased at the way the owners did whatever it took to help me and were always prompt to get right back to me. As a wedding hair and makeup artists, I go to many venues and I can tell you Charlyn Farms is one of the top in the upstate of SC. I am SO happy I went with this venue and wouldn’t have picked anywhere else.
