Rose Springs Farm boasts 6,250 square feet of indoor and 3000 square feet of outdoor ceremony and reception space, a cater's prep area, a huge bridal suite with her own private restroom, and a groom's cabin complete with a fishing dock.

• 1500 square foot deck and pier. Large enough to seat 240 on the deck for an outdoor ceremony.

• Bridal Suite with a private bridal restroom and entrance - Includes comfortable and stylish furniture for you and your guests. Also, 2 styling adjustable chairs. Lots of electrical outlets.
• Commercial caters’ prep area with a private entrance- Commercial refrigerator, freezer, merchandiser cooler, 600 lb ice machine, heating proofers with humidity controls, commercial grade dishwasher, stainless steel prep tables, 3 bay sink
• 200 White resin folding padded garden wedding chairs
• 200 White resin Chiavari chairs and cushions
• Several custom made arbors

• 2 Portable Bars with refigerated back bar

• Photo opportunities - you are allowed to use the property with a scheduled session with your photographer for free.
