This is the best wedding venue you can choose. They'll adapt to whatever ideas you have but will also share advice you need. They take care of almost everything. You start as a customer and become a friend. They plan everything, take care of whatever goes wrong and they genuinely care about making your big day perfect. It's run by incredible people with wonderful staff. It's handicap accessible, which was important to me. With the decorations, coordination, views, and everything, you can't beat the price. They really do everything possible to make it magical for you! -

This venue is everything you would want! Includes so much stuff! The owners are perfect, they are with you every step of the way and help more than you would get from other places! They love on you, pray for you and just genuinely care so much about you! I recommend this lovely couple 100%!! -

My husband and I are so thankful to have had our wedding here. The Clark’s are such a beautiful family. The venue was available to us on 8/20/2021 for us to set up and prepare for our wedding that was on 8/21/2021. They made sure everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is beautiful and spacious. They are also very organized and set up time for us to have a wedding planning meeting. During our wedding planning meeting, they created a timeline of events for our wedding and made sure that everything flowed correctly. They are more than capable of coordinating your wedding as well. They had bartenders available and security. This venue is a gem. -

Amy and Shane are AMAZING. They go above and beyond with all of their couples and do everything they can to make your day what you dreamed it could be. They were there every step of the way, helping with decorations, finding vendors, set up, and clean up. They have so many beautiful decorations, linens, props, etc. already available at the venue which you would normally have to rent for extra money - a HUGE value! They are some of the kindest people we have met and the venue itself is GORGEOUS and peaceful. We can't thank them enough! -

March 2021 Wedding
The Venue at Rose Springs Farm provides so much for your investment to make your wedding day just the way you want it! The venue was very flexible and very responsive to questions/requests/etc. The owners want to serve their couples and ensure they have the wedding of their dreams. Beautiful venue for outdoor reception/ceremony options. Pond makes a beautiful backdrop. -

Amy and Shane Clark did absolutely everything to make our day perfect. They were incredibly helpful, flexible, and hospitable. We could not have asked for a better venue; they truly made us feel like family and made our day spectacular. -

Flexible and Helpful
Amy and Shawn are wonderful! They are well experienced and know how to run the wedding day with ease. They are so flexible! It was raining during my ceremony, so it had to moved to inside last minute, with 250 people. They changed it so quickly and we’re so willing to help! They are so accommodating and so welcoming, and have almost all the supplies and decor you need. -

Cut my wedding short!
I had high hopes for this venue and we really took a chance on it as we booked before it was even built!The owners were great until the actual event then something switched… every time I turned around there was another rule. Stuff that was NOT in our contract even. We were sold on the perks of how much was included for no extra charge. The owner offered to coordinate when I went to show the venue to my mother in October for $100, then a few weeks before the wedding it was suddenly changed to $150. The kids were fussed at for playing football outside… mind you that we signed a limited liability contract if one of them were to get hurt. My husband was sold on the gun range near the grooms cabin then all of a sudden on the day of the wedding there’s an insurance we were never even told about! Plastic cups were used instead of the real glassware we were promised. It was a winter wedding so obviously it was cold outside. They had 2 propane heater trees and day before I was told that her husband would have to get those out but they didn’t have any propane… had we known this in time MY husband would have gotten them out and we would’ve brought propane ourselves! The main thing that really got me was that the owner cut off my bar and DJ at 9 pm! I will note we were not being unruly by any means. We paid these people to 10 and paid to have the venue until 11 and just because it was going to snow AFTER midnight we were Rushed out by 10. And I mean rushed!! Many of my guests from further away left due to the weather but we had every intention of staying a while longer. My parents were having to clean up during my wedding and the employees were packing up chairs. We were accused of breaking one of the vases due to a chip that was in the vase to start with. Then, right before we left we were told we needed to move the furniture back after the photographer moved them for pics. Just really petty stuff honestly. By the end of the night I was almost in tears…. On the most important day of my life thus far. None the less, I had a beautiful wedding and it was great while it lasted. Just buyer beware to read your contract fully and get everything in writing! -

Mother of the Bride. Ex husband and his wife paid for venue. Director absolutely treated me with rudeness, snappiness, and spoke very sharply. The bridal suite was HOT. Owner got annoyed and yelled at bridesmaids when we asked repeatedly if something could be done. Makeup artist said she did the same thing at the last wedding she was part of. The bridal suite is right at the entrance door of the venue. In order to keep it bearable, we had to prop the door open- and then everyone walking into the wedding could see the bride upon entrance. It's a terrible design.
No table was reserved for the bridal party to sit. When I asked about getting another table so the party could all have a seat and be together. She slapped one hand with the other and yelled at me "I never got a list". A list? She knew how many people were in the bridal party. She knew their names. What more did she need? I would think it's customary to save a seat for the bridal party. Not at the Venue at Rose Spring. She had controversy with several of the wedding party and guests witnessed. Weddings are stressful. Families are complicated. None of any of the guests had the least bit of controversy. It was the venue director and her husband meddling in our personal affairs and not being hospitable to our guests. The owners of the venue did not need to get involved in complicated relationships that were of zero issue ant the wedding, much less then stir the pot. Flow for food was ridiculously slow. It was a buffet- so if people had been able to go on both sides, it would have been much more reasonable. Who knows- maybe she was off yelling at someone else or getting the scoop on a broken family, which was none of her business. I find that she and her husband were so polarizing in the way the divorced parents were treated. Her husband even admitted to listening to gossip- at MY CHILD's wedding! How grossly unprofessional! Several of the things are outdated, in poor condition, and tacky (like the dollar general bags she lines all the trash cans with). She loves a fake flower! When the florist left flowers for me to decorate where the bride and groom would say their bows she was infuriated that the worn looking cheap basket she had to cover up trip hazards wasn't left upside down with fake flowers on it. She made a huge deal out of making sure I knew SHE was in charge. It was my daughter's wedding. I wanted something pretty to be in the photos, not a tacky bucket over the trip hazard with a ton of fake slowest in it. She got her way. Her coming unhinged over the flowers was done in front of all the bridesmaids. So...as a final straw after she had been rude to so many people, walked around the place like a school bully, and her response to me and my daughter over the bridesmaids having a place to sit and eat because she didn't have a list, I said, "I plan to make a list and give you". She went straight to my bitter ex husband and wife who is insanely jealous, insecure, and nasty, and told them I "threatened to put her on a list". Whatever that means, but she suddenly turned into a threatened victim which is laughable. Even the happiest of weddings are stressful. Families are complicated. None of any of the guests had the least bit of controversy. It was the venue director and her husband meddling in our personal affairs and not being hospitable to our guests. The owners of the venue did not need to get involved in complicated relationships and stir the pot. She yelled at the crowd with a bullhorn, which a lot of people found offensive. Apparently she thinks it's funny to talk to grown adults like we are her students- more militant, though.
Amy did not do the things that needed to be done to make it a smooth, uneventful wedding. Oddly, she was the ONE person I knew that had words with anybody- the wedding venue bender. Crazy, huh?
I made an attempt to speak with her the next day about some accusations she made to my younger daughter about me and my “treat” of putting her in a list (as if I’m a mobster or something). My husband and I are considering legal action if, in fact, she said the untrue things that were told to us the next day. Character defamation is illegal and will be pursued.
That being said, it was a beautiful wedding despite the tyrant owner. Her staff was amazing.
