My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band from Charisma and they have been amazing to work with! My ring lost a stone 2 days before ya moving out of state and they were so quick to help even with that! I loved visiting from the sizing, to the wedding band choosing, to the minor fix and all!

Frist of all my engagement ring from here is gorgeous. The staff really took the time to help Nate through the process of picking out an engagement ring for me.

Nate and I went back a few months after getting engaged to look for wedding bands and we had a wonderful experience. Danielle and Daniela remembered Nate from when he shopped for my engagement ring. They reviewed with me the services they provide for free and the recommended maintenance on the ring prior to the wedding. I loved that she didn't pressure us into deciding that day or push us outside of our budget.

The staff at Charisma were professional and SUPER helpful with our wedding rings! They were very affordable, but look like they were very expensive. There was a miscommunication with the manufacturer and it took an extra month to get one of our engagement rings, but Charisma was very adamant that we received them as quickly as possible! We got free rush shipping and also ended up getting a free resizing because it was incorrectly sized by the manufacturer. Charisma is a very welcoming store, and the quality of their jewelry is great!

We got our rings here and the service was great and they didn't make us feel bad when we had to stick to our budget. they had a great selection just in our price range.

They were very accommodating when my fiancée was deciding on the setting and diamond. They also gave him the sample ring since he was going to propose before the actual ring arrived. We will be going back for our wedding bands!

My husband purchased a non-traditional engagement ring, which needed a unique wedding band. Charisma is where we found the band at the most reasonable cost. We were not pushed to buy a wedding band that could be customized to fit the engagement ring, which would have cost so much more. The staff was very professional. I highly recommend adding them to your list of jewelers when searching for the perfect jewelry!

As I type this review, I cannot help admire the GORGEOUS ring my fiance got me from Charisma jewelers, I am VERY picky, we were able to go and look at rings and Daniella DID NOT get frustrated with me after an hour of me saying "I don't like it" or "I don't know" she was patient and personable. Then my fiance came back and picked and made a ring based on what I liked - and I LOVE IT, we were so happy we went back their for our bands, which are just as beautiful, they even offered to keep them in our safe until the wedding! GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY

After my Husband got my engagement ring here we returned for both of our wedding bands. I love each and every one! The diamonds on mine are BREATHTAKING and they engraved my husband's with a secret message for me which looks awesome, and he loves. You cannot beat their pricing either.
The only issue we encountered was when they failed to call us when my band was in, and then sized it incorrectly. However they resolved the problem with grace, it was just hard to wait longer for my ring, of course.
They MORE than made up for the issue we had with my ring when they were able to order and engrave my Husband's ring with 2 weeks until the wedding, zero issues and it fit perfectly.
We will definitely continue to go here for any jewelry until we move, and maybe still when we come back to the area to visit.

The only reason I am not giving this place a 5/5 is because of one particular employee that was not professional when dealing with my fiance/now husband. He would never return phone calls when he said he would, or emails either. But, I must say that Gaetano is wonderful!!!!! Any negativity we had dealing with the other employee is turned to positive because of the professionalism and quality of service we received from Gaetano. He is a great guy to work with.

P.S. I get compliments on my engagement ring and wedding band on a daily basis....no joke!
