What Caught Our Attention: We were having a quirky sort of wedding and wanted a quirky sort of photographer to match. Chantell does both wedding and cosplay photography, which is a perfect combo for someone holding a themed wedding like we had.

Value: Her website has a page explaining her session packages and prices, an important and kind of basic factor a surprising number of photographers don't bother with. (My rule was that if a wedding photographer posts a lengthy bio complete with their philosophy on photography and life in general but no prices, then they probably weren't going to fit my budget and I shouldn't bother.) We ended up picking a large package with three separate sessions (engagement, boudoir, and wedding), and based on some of the other photographer prices I saw during my search I'd say we got really good value for our money.

Quality of pictures: During the wedding, Chantell was everywhere. The outside pictures came out fabulous. Some of the inside ones from the reception were a bit fuzzy, but I don't blame her as we had weird lighting (Like really weird. It was a Halloween wedding.) and everybody was in constant motion. She did get most of the extremely sugar high children to stop sprinting around the room with glowsticks and sit still long enough for a group picture, which was a pretty impressive accomplishment.

How She Was To Work With: Friendly and chill, not at all stressful, which is exactly what you want in a wedding or boudoir photoshoot situation. Chantell always had ideas for poses and she was always prompt to reply to emails. She also participated in dressing up for our costume wedding.

Hiring Chantell was the best decision I could have made for my engagement photos! She went above and beyond picking a beautiful location and setting the scene wonderfully. She was very professional and we both felt relaxed throughout the entire experience, and it showed in the photos! Can’t wait to have her photograph my wedding.

Chantell took my engagement photos and they turned out so beautiful! They are exactly what I imagined and it was truly a magical experience! She brought champagne for some champagne pop photos and was overall just really good at showing us different poses and ideas for cute photos. I can't wait to see how the actual wedding photos turn out, but i know we are in good hands and they will be absolutely amazing!!

I want to start out by saying how amazing Chantell is, she was so patient with my 3 little boys. The pictures turned out so great. The way She captured my family and I was just so perfect.
The pictures turned out so much better than i could have imagined. Chantell knew all the right posses and angles. I couldn't have asked for anything more, it was just an all around amazing day!

She was professional, showed up on time, she was kind and truly enjoyed being at our event. She even joined the dance floor with the flower girl! The photos are just what we were looking for, she captured everything we talked about!
