She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond in making our honeymoon one of the best vacations of our lives. In fact, we had a last minute travel nightmare that caused us to have to go on our honeymoon a day later than planned. Erin stayed on the phone with us and the resort until well into the evening hours the night before our trip, ensuring everything was taken care of . Most people, especially those who do this as a second job, would not jump through all the hoops that we unfortunately made, but Erin excelled.
