We had a great experience working with Sherissa and her team for our destination wedding. They helped us choose Secrets Moxché, which ended up being the perfect fit, and handled guest travel booking smoothly and professionally. Communication was clear overall, and our guests appreciated having a dedicated team to work with. There were a few moments where it was hard to get ahold of the broader travel team, but Sherissa and Itzel were fantastic about stepping in right away to make sure everything was resolved. They were responsive, proactive, and truly made us feel supported throughout the planning process. We’re very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them for destination wedding travel planning.

This was my first time using any sort of booking agency - I’m always pretty trip saavy, but for our honeymoon I wanted the real deal! I consulted with a few other people, but am so happy I ultimately ended up finding Beth! From start to finish she’s been amazing between offering things no one else did & making sure she always attended to us in a timely manner (that’s my biggest pet peeve & i’m sure any bride would agree when you’ve got those honeymoon excitement jitters!). We booked our honeymoon for a 7day-6night all inclusive at Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia. Erin was our agent. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond in making our honeymoon one of the best vacations of our lives. In fact, we had a last minute travel nightmare that caused us to have to go on our honeymoon a day later than planned. Erin stayed on the phone with us and the resort until well into the evening hours the night before our trip, ensuring everything was taken care of . Most people, especially those who do this as a second job, would not jump through all the hoops that we unfortunately made, but Erin excelled. We cannot thank Erin enough for her help in making our honeymoon absolutely amazing. Thanks a million! We will be using you again for our future travel plans.

Thank you Terry for taking the stress of honeymoon planning off of my husband and I. It was great to be able to focus on wedding planning and not add the stress of honeymoon planning in the process. Terry always responded quickly and was alway open to answer all of my many questions and concerns. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves during our honeymoon and we thank Terry for setting that up for us.

Hyatt House Galleria was a perfect room block for our wedding guests. We had a ton of family and friends flying in from out of town and Hyatt House worked out great! The rooms were nice and clean, and the pool and fire pit was a great area for our friends and family to mingle throughout the day and night. Gina was professional, responsive and kept me up to date on all the details of how many guests had booked, etc. The shuttle to our venue was an added bonus too. Thanks for making our friends and family's stay so wonderful!

We got married in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Diana, with Adios Tours took care of all of our travel and reservations for all of our guest. We even received an upgrade at the resort from Diana’s hard work. She was easy to communicate with and gave us the best prices out there.

Maren arranged our honeymoon for us, which was pure bliss. We went to Bali, and Maren booked an itinerary through a tour company called Tours of Indochina. We did some pretty incredible things-- fed elephants, took a cruise to a second island, rode dune buggies... But the best part was definitely the hotels we stayed in. Pure luxury. And all within our budget! My parents have had Maren plan other trips and we all love working with her. My recommendation is to do just a modicum of research on your own and ask Frosch to make the things you want happen... We did this with Egypt and I think we have a life-changing trip coming up in 2015! My husband and I did ZERO research on Bali before we went, and I think if we had, we would have gotten to do some more off-the-beaten-path activities which we would have enjoyed. That being said, my parents had a very unique and personalized experience in Australia... I think it just depends on the location you have in mind. If you want a unique experience, the ultimate in comfort, and a trip that is entirely seamless, booking with Frosch is the way to go!

They ask a lot of questions to understand what you need .They had the perfect suggestions immediately at hand and all of their recommendations for accommodations were fabulous.
