Thank you Terry for taking the stress of honeymoon planning off of my husband and I. It was great to be able to focus on wedding planning and not add the stress of honeymoon planning in the process. Terry always responded quickly and was alway open to answer all of my many questions and concerns. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves during our honeymoon and we thank Terry for setting that up for us.

Mrs. Terry is the most amazing travel agent there is. We booked our honeymoon with her 10 years ago at Sandals and we have utilized her services ever since. Whether its an international vacation or a local vacation we know she will give us the best insights and honest pros and cons because she always wants us to have the very best experience. Not only have we worked with her personally, but I have coordinated corporate travel with her for a company I worked for in Houston. The CEO was extremely impressed with her work ethic as well. We recently revisited Jamaica for our 10 year anniversary and it was such an amazing time. We would recommend Sandals to all those we come in contact with but she definitely made it worth our while exploring options over the past few months. It has always been a pleasure to work with her and she always places her special touch on each and every booking we do with her. Note: I entered my 10 year anniversary date because the calendar doesnt go back to 5/12/07.

Working with Terry for my husbands and I vacation was absolutely amazing! I could not have asked for a better person to work with who not only had tons of information to compare different resorts but also personal experience at each resort. I was so impressed with the amount of advice and suggestions for the resort we stayed in. If you are like me and need a complete break down of your resort and what to expect I highly recommend Terry!

Working with Terry has been great! She replies so quickly that we might as well be on an instant messenger. I wasn't overly specific on the place for our honeymoon but told her what I wanted and she made her suggestions from there. She had personal experience with two of her suggestions which greatly helped. And I had a ton of questions that she had no problem answering. I'm grateful for all of her help, and will most likely book another vacation through her in the future.

Terry with Terry's Travel is awesome to work with. She went above & beyond in helping me and my husband plan our honeymoon to Cabo San Lucas, which was just a couple of weeks ago. The resort she recommened we stay at was unbeliveable!! It took our breathe away as soon as we arrived and we still can't seem to stop talking about it. We have decided that we'd like to go back again with some friends for our 1st wedding anniversary and will definitely ask Terry to help plan our anniversary trip back to Cabo. Beware of Terry's travel agency services! Our friend's bachelorette weekend turned into a nightmare due to her incompetence and lack of assistance. From the beginning, Terry seemed uninterested after securing our payment for booking the resort and flights. She did not provide any guidance on activities or excursions, leaving us to plan everything ourselves. Even worse, and most important, when issues arose with hotel rooms and flights for several ladies in the group including the bride, she was utterly unhelpful, claiming there was nothing she could do.

Throughout the entire process, Terry never checked in to ensure our concerns were resolved, demonstrating a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

If you're expecting a travel agent to enhance your experience and provide support, Terry is not the right choice. Save yourself the stress and disappointment – consider alternative options for your travel needs. Terry's lackluster service falls far short of what one should expect when entrusting someone to curate a special and memorable trip. Don't make the same mistake we did.
