I’ve been told that not as many brides choose Chandler’s for their wedding cake vendor because they don’t have an online order system, but if you’re local to Charlottesville, I highly recommend them for their wedding cakes! We went in person to chat with an employee, who was incredibly helpful, efficient, and fairly priced. We showed an inspiration photo and received plenty of tasting options, and we couldn’t be happier with the result!

I highly recommend choosing Chandler’s for your wedding cake! Sam was very easy to work with and everything turned out exactly as requested! We started with a complementary sampling and then put in our order and sent a photo of our requested design a few weeks before the wedding. We ended up selecting a 3 tiered buttercream cake (and a separate sheet cake) with carrot cake and cream cheese filling, yellow cake with berry filling, and German chocolate with coconut pecan filling. The flavors were incredible and Sam did a beautiful job with the design. Our guests absolutely loved the cake and many of them tried multiple flavors. Thank you Chandler’s and Sam!

Wow! Our wedding cake was beautiful and so delicious. Our guests said it was the best wedding cake they had ever had! We tasted a variety of cakes from Chandler's but settled on a yellow cake with vanilla buttercream icing and a fudge filling. Also, we priced a number of different cake vendors and Chandler's was by far the cheapest option in Charlottesville, VA. The price is not sacrificed for the taste because it was absolutely scrumptious!

My wife and I are not big cake people, so we were a bit apprehensive about having to select a wedding cake. We narrowed it down to a yellow cake with strawberry filling and buttercream, and it turned out delicious!

If you have to choose a bakery for your cake. Choose Chandlers. They young lady that handles the wedding cake orders is absolutely amazing! We had a very strange cake request, and it was done no problem. It was fairly priced, and absolutely delicious!

Chandler's Bakery is a small, family owned business with customer service and FABULOUS tasting cake. From the initial visit where you pick out what type of cake you'd like to try, to taking home a box of FREE samples, to ordering and scheduling delivery, Chandler's keeps it simple and affordable. People will be talking about how delicious your cake was. This place is a FIND.

The cake was incredible, the process was EXTREMELY easy (we barely did anything!), the cake was affordable, and they accommodated all of our needs. We brought in pictures of the design we wanted, and they willingly did it, and they did it beautifully. We also asked for an additional special cake, and they added it on with no problems. Everything was delivered perfectly and on time, and everything was delicious! I highly recommend the buttercream frosting and the pound cake. YUM!

Wonderful! Our wedding cake tasted just as good as the samples. The cake was beautiful and just as we ordered it. We also got a groom's cake here that was such a hit! They are creative and talented- definitely recommended.
