From my initial call with Rachael to several Zooms during the vow planning process, we felt comfortable and confident with her experience. First of all, I cannot recommend Rachael highly enough! I reached out to her about a month before our wedding, and we quickly worked out scheduling and details! She was SO easy to communicate with, and quickly got us on the right track. We had a Zoom call with her a few days before the ceremony so we could get to know her a little bit and work out more specifics for our ceremony, and she definitely went above and beyond with helpfulness! On the ceremony day, she came in and we all instantly loved her! She was very professional, but we also felt like she was genuinely excited for us.
