Rachael brought such great energy and organization to our ceremony!! We are so grateful for her for making sure the most important part of our wedding went so incredibly well.
We wanted a ceremony that had some religious elements but also felt personal and like us, and Rachael nailed it. She gave us a great framework to work from and was really collaborative about customizing it, finding the right balance between traditional and personal without it feeling forced.
She was above-and-beyond at the rehearsal, walking everyone through the logistics clearly and patiently so that nobody was confused on the day. Even my wedding planner was wowed with how prepared Rachael was, and how well she herded all of the wedding party. And on the wedding day itself, she was so calm and warm, which really helped settle our nerves right before the ceremony. You could tell she genuinely cared about making the moment special for us. She has a great eye for ensuring people are set for the best photographs and very quietly nudging if someone forgets something.
Multiple guests told us afterward how beautiful the ceremony was, which honestly is the best compliment we could pass along. Rachael has a way of making it feel intimate and meaningful and very personal even in a room full of people. We'd recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant who is organized, kind, and really good at what she does. -

We had such a great experience working with Ceremony by Rachael for our wedding! From the very beginning, Rachael was so helpful in shaping the vision for our ceremony. She took the time to get to know us through multiple thoughtful calls and really made sure the ceremony would reflect us as a couple.
On the wedding day, Lauren Miller brought that vision to life perfectly. She was professional, calm, and had such a grounding presence that truly put us at ease. Rachael was incredibly communicative, thorough, and gave super helpful advice! Rachael could not have been a more perfect officiant- from planning to the ceremony itself she made us feel so comfortable and made the entire process incredibly approachable. It was just me and my husband‘s luck that we were able to find her as she was the officiant in my sister-in-laws wedding. Rachael is the BEST of the best! She officiated our wedding and we are so grateful we got to work with her. She helps you construct a custom ceremony that is meaningful and representative of you as a couple. She is so personable, organized, professional, AMAZING, funny, etc. Rachael thinks of the little things no one else does, from which microphone to use to handing out listerine strips prior to walking down the aisle and even how to link arms when you also have to hold flowers. If you’re looking for an amazing officiant look no further. Rachael is SO organized, helpful, and friendly! Her communication throughout the entire process is A++ she went above and beyond and helped out anyway she could. We booked her for our wedding and rehearsal and I highly recommend doing both as it helped us feel comfortable and confident going into our wedding. Rachael was also there for us on the day of to help calm the nerves and even made sure I was drinking enough water! The ceremony was beautiful and organized thanks to her, even our guests complimented on how great she was! Rachael is by far one of our favorite vendors we booked! We truly feel she was more than just one of our vendors but also a new friend! Please do yourself a favor and hire her for your wedding you won’t regret it!! -

Rachael was absolutely amazing!!!! From our very first in-take call to after the ceremony it was so wonderful working with her. I did the pre-planning rehearsal package as well as the ceremony officiant package. The pre-planning rehearsal was a MUST NEED! Rachael puts together an extensive document of where everyone should be and really talks you through exactly how ceremony will go and if anything needs to be tweaked. The day of she gave us a quick run through in the waiting area to make sure we were all still comfortable with the flow. During the ceremony she made sure we were centered and in the best lighting for our photographer. She moved around so she wasn’t in all of our photos. She made us feel very good up there! Probably my favorite vendor to work with of all my wedding vendors! Highly highly recommend. -

Just amazing!
Rachael was amazing!! When I was looking for an officiant I read her reviews and came across "Just use Rachael" which was exactly what we did. Day of she was on top of everything, gave great advice and had the most positive attitude. My favorite compliment about our ceremony was from one of my close friends asking if Rachael was a friend of mine that she didn't know about! So thrilled I booked Rachael
I waited until the last minute to research and book an officiant, so I came to the Knot looking for an officiant a month and a half before my wedding. I was thrilled when Rachael replied that she was available on my wedding date which was so soon! Rachael worked with a condensed timeline to still completely customize my ceremony to perfection. Not only that, but she also provided insight for our rehearsal planning that was SO valuable. She had so many tips and recommendations for the ceremony that I never would have thought of, but made the ceremony run so smoothly!
Our venue unfortunately did not let us rehearse the day prior, so Rachael customized a visualization to show where our wedding party would stand and in which order everyone would process and recess. My fiancé also told me that she spent a significant amount of time coaching his groomsmen the day of the wedding, so they would know exactly what to do. I could not believe how perfectly the ceremony was executed without a rehearsal!!
Rachael was such positive energy and a beam of happiness on our wedding day. She made me feel so at ease while also being the professional that she is doing sound checks with our DJ, printing ceremony materials, and so much more to make the ceremony perfect for us. Thank you Rachael! -

Rachael was our officiant and came recommended by our coordinator. We met with her over zoom and knew immediately that she was the perfect person to marry us! Rachael is kind, funny, and cares so much about making sure your day is perfect for the couple. She helped us with everything from planning and scripting the ceremony to writing our vows. Day-of she made sure to take care of us with snacks and water beforehand, and was so funny with the pre-ceremony announcements that my coordinator and I were having trouble keeping quiet in the back. We had multiple people come up to us afterwards asking how we knew Rachael, because she made everything so relaxed and intimate they were sure we were all friends from before. I cannot thank her enough for making our day so special, and would unequivocally recommend her to any couple!! -

Fantastic speaker!
Rachael is a fantastic officiant!!! She went above and beyond what we thought an officiant might do. Leading up to the ceremony, she sent us options for what we might say during our ceremony and many options for readings, based on what we said we wanted. We were pretty confused about what we wanted our ceremony to be before we met with Rachael, and her curated selection of resources made the whole process so much better!
Rachael is a gifted speaker and has a very warm and welcoming "stage presence". I guess on the day-of, an officiant is basically like an MC for your ceremony. She was up front from the moment the guests sat down, smoothly welcomed everyone and reminded guests to turn off their phones. For our vows and guest readings, she printed out large-font color coded scripts!! She made sure everything went very smoothly. -

Dynamic and Organized
Rachael tells me I am one of the more vocal grooms she's ever had the pleasure of working with. I am a 'do it now' and stay organized kind of guy and I was able to work perfectly with Rachael who was extremely responsive. She provided us with 3 starting points and allowed us to fine tune the script and ceremony until it was entirely unidentifiable from the starting draft (Despite the final draft mostly using her ideas). I have to say the part I love best about Rachael was that she treats everyone in the wedding party as adults when she needs to and as kindergarten students when she needs to. She knows the groomsmen are the ones who need the extra direction and wasn't afraid to tell one of my groomsmen how it is when he felt like being stubborn/obtuse. Rachael also utilizes her experience in a way that could only be hindsight for newlyweds with these movements and stances that make a single 30 minute ceremony look like so much has happened in photos. She is ever mindful of the photographers from having items removed from pockets to creating new stances with different backdrops and varying members of the wedding party as well as keeping microphones out of the photos. We not only enjoyed every moment of the ceremony in person but Rachael might as well have been on the photographers payroll to have made our wedding pictures something we will enjoy forever. She has a wonderful speaking voice, engages with the guests, pauses for effect - all the things you would want in an officiant but it is the experience and foresight that Rachael delivers that makes you realize all the things you actually wanted. -

Rachael is the best officiant & a total rock star!
Rachael was the only officiant we met over Zoom because we knew right away that she was the right choice for us! The way she personalizes the ceremony for each couple and allows them to infuse a little bit of themselves is wonderful. So many friends and family members commented about how much they enjoyed Rachael because she didn't make it all about herself, as so many officiants do. We completely agree - she let us and our love shine for each other.
Rachael is on top of everything! She is available to answer questions, hold additional meetings, and really makes you feel at ease about the entire ceremony process. She is an absolute professional and knows what she's doing. You don't need to look anywhere else for an officiant - Rachael is your girl! -

I don't even have the words for how much we love Rachael. She made everything so incredibly easy for our weddings. Yes - that's plural - we got married in our backyard in 2020 with no one there due to Covid, then again in 2022 with a full ceremony and reception with family and friends. I had no idea where to start with our ceremony, but Rachael gave us documents with great options for each section to choose from. She also had the idea for our paint pour (instead of a unity candle or sand), which I would have never thought of, but loved so much that we did it for both weddings.
One of the other amazing things about Rachael is that she doesn't stand directly behind you during the entire ceremony which is really nice for photos - especially the first kiss (no one wants the top of someone's head behind your first kiss). She kept us calm, relaxed, and stepping in to help with things like my veil. I could go on and on. Long story short - you want Rachael as your officiant! -

Rachael was one of the high points of my wedding day, because she had such wonderful energy. My guests fell in love with her and remarked on how artfully she conducted the ceremony. She is very patient, thorough, and kind. I never felt a moments worry as she checked in frequently, giving me full confidence we were on the same page. When I got emotional while reciting my vows, she helped me breathe and carry on. Some things go wrong on a wedding day, but Rachael is not one of them. Choose her, you will not regret it.

Our wedding venue listed Rachael as a preferred vendor for officiants and we are so happy they had her listed. You can tell Rachael spends a lot of time making sure her work is professional and customer focused. Her website sold us and provided a lot of information right away for us to think about. Rachael contacted us right away after submitting an online request. As if we needed any more convincing our first zoom call with Rachael was refreshing. She seemed more excited for us than we were and we just met her. Her excitement and assurances that everything would go perfectly really eased some of the stress and worry. The entire planning process was done from across the country. We had no idea what we wanted or what we were doing but after answering a few questions, Rachael was able to send us a ceremony plan that had all the right options for us. After a couple rounds of back and forth we felt really good about our ceremony and were looking forward to meeting in person soon. We opted not to have Rachael at our rehearsal since everything seemed so organized already which saved us a few dollars. We finally got to meet Rachael the day of our wedding and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. If you are looking for an officiant that has their act together and genuinely cares about your wedding experience hire Rachael!! Go Steelers. -

Best Officiant we could ever ask for
We talked to Rachael at a vendor event and within a couple minutes we knew we wanted to use her as our officiant. Rachael is extremely helpful through the whole process. She answers any questions and makes writing the ceremony easy. She has everything laid out in categories and you choose the best option that fits your ceremony style. On the day of our wedding Rachael went above and beyond to help coordinate everything before the ceremony. She makes sure everything is completely stress free for the bride and groom. When I began my search for an officiant, I was scrolling through potential candidates and saw Rachael's name appear. I remembered her from a friend's wedding a few years ago and immediately reached out. After our first Zoom call, I knew she was the officiant for us! We immediately connected as Rachael used to be a teacher and I am one now. Her skills from the classroom translate impeccably as she is energetic and bubbly, but also incredibly organized and amazing at directing groups of people. We could not have asked for a better officiant than Rachael for our day. We don't even know where to begin with how amazing Rachael was. She was beyond incredible and the best person we could have ever asked to help us plan and officiate our most important commitment to one another. From the first zoom call, we knew Rachael was the one for us. Her bubbly, warm and inclusive personality had us hooked immediately. Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic was a challenge, but Rachael was there every step of the way. And not just in ceremony planning - for everything! We sent a number of long-winded emails we sent with panicked half-planned plans of what we might do in case of more COVID shut downs... but with everyone of my emails, came a voice with advice, recommended vendors, potential plans and continued excitement for our day. Rachael's planning process for the ceremony is incredible. She walks you through multiple ceremony skeleton options and helps guide you through the process to customize your perfect ceremony. Having her run our rehearsal as well was the best decision possible. She helped plan the evening, had diagrams and scripts for everyone prepared and just made everything run so smoothly. She was also so prepared (of course, no surprise) for our actual wedding day. She came to visit me (the bride) prior to the ceremony, checked on me to make sure I was ready and feeling happy for the day and had everything from tissues to mints on hand to help out! I know she did a lot for my husband as well and kept him calm and happy as the excited nerves began to set in when the ceremony started. Rachael became more like a friend to us through this whole planning process and we are just so grateful she came into our lives and helped us create a truly fairytale wedding day. Rachael was a great asset to our wedding vendor team. She was incredibly helpful in making sure the rehearsal and wedding day went smoothly. We chose Rachael because she officiated our friend’s wedding and we saw how smoothly things went, and we had the same rowdy group of groomsmen that she was able to keep under control. Rachael offered numerous potential readings and things to include in the ceremony that we were able to go through in order to make it our own and applicable to us, without having to do extensive research on our own. In comparison to other officiants, I loved the number of options we were given, and I loved knowing exactly how the ceremony would go. She is also cognisant of the photography of your event, and knows when to step aside so that the photos feature you and your spouse rather than you, your spouse and the officiant. Overall, her attention to detail is incredible and will make all the difference (that you didn’t know you needed) the day of! Even the day of when I was getting nervous about walking down in front of so many people, Rachael and I determined that if I gave her a “look” we would cut one part out to make it a little bit shorter. All in all, I am so grateful for the options she gave us, the order she kept, and her overall kindness to make me as comfortable as possible on our big day! -

After our original wedding in Florida was postponed to February due to COVID, my fiancé and I decided we couldn't wait any longer and were going to have a micro ceremony with only our parents at his family home in Maryland. I was totally unfamiliar with the area and did not know any local vendors. I am so lucky that my path crossed Rachael's.
From the very start, Rachael was amazing. I felt like I connected with her right away during our first phone call. She was patient, listened to my concerns, clearly explained her process and my options, and took the time to listen to our story. It's clear that she has many great connections and was ultimately able to recommend many great vendors for our day as well. That was especially helpful to us as we were traveling from out of town.

Finding an officiant was probably one of our most difficult tasks, because we really just didn’t know where to begin. After my first phone call with Rachael lasted around 45 minutes, I just KNEW she had to be the one to marry us!
Rachael was previously a teacher, which you can tell right off the bat. She is incredibly bubbly, but also incredibly organized, and amazing at directing large groups of people (we had 9 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen). I definitely recommend having her at your rehearsal. She’s someone who you meet and feel like you have known forever. She’s also someone who makes you feel like your wedding is the most special day in the world, even when she has tons of others on the books!
I told Rachael that I hated to say it, but the ceremony was not something I had originally really looked forward to. Of course the actual getting married part was something I was excited for, but I was worried about the actual mechanics of it. That all changed when we worked through the script together over the planning months. The ceremony became something I couldn’t wait for, because it truly felt like us. And, as I said before, it felt like someone who really knew us was marrying us.

My husband and I loved Rachael!! She was such a joy and comfort to have at our wedding day. She helped write a script for her to follow on the day that was tailored to our beliefs and included our family as well. She offered so many suggestions that our ceremony was completely different from how I imagined but 10000000% better for it! Her instincts were spot on! My father is a chaplain and preaches at his church and was blown away by her! Rachael is the perfect officiant!! -

Amazing officiant!
Rachael was our officiant for our wedding in November 2019. She did such a great job not only officiating the ceremony, but throughout the entire process. She helped us figure out how we wanted our ceremony to go. She was super helpful on the day of the wedding before the ceremony in calming our nerves and letting us know what to expect. We got so many compliments on Rachael and our ceremony from our guests. Many guests even said that she made the ceremony feel like us as a couple. Would highly recommend!! -

We absolutely loved working with Ceremony by Rachael Zajac! My husband and I planned an intimate wedding ceremony in a month, and Rachael helped take the stress out of an important piece of the planning. She provided us with an amazing template that really let us personalize our ceremony to our style. She's super responsive, enthusiastic, and just had an awesome passion that made us feel special. We didn't have a rehearsal so, instead, Rachael walked us through how the ceremony would go and gave us key advice on how to capture beautiful, candid pictures. Tip: Trust her opinion! She came early, she was prepared, and she went above and beyond. We were just so pleased and couldn't have asked for a better officiant to wed us. -

Fantastic Officiant
Rachael did a fantastic job as our wedding officiate! We were nervous about asking a stranger to officiate our wedding. We weren't sure if it would be personal enough for our small intimate wedding with our family. Rachael did absolutely amazing! She helped us through the whole process, from beginning to end. During the process, of course as the bride, I had so many questions to ensure perfection on my big day. Rachael answered all of my questions and ensured a peace of mind. During the ceremony, she made it very personal. She kept the ceremony short, sweet, and to the point while keeping love and laughter as the focus. It was a beautiful ceremony that we still are getting compliments of how great Rachael did! She definitely was a perfect choice to officiate our wedding! -

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect officiant for our very small intimate ceremony in the woods, than Rachael! Although it was just the 2 of us, she handled our day with just as much professionalism and organization than a big wedding! Her awesome personality made our ceremony the perfect mix of meaningful and light-hearted. My husband and I will forever look back on that day with such gratitude for Rachael and the beauty she brought to our ceremony.

Where do I start with Rachael! She absolutely amazed us 2.5 years ago when we first met at a bridal shower. She got our attention from the start. She presented to us her organization. She stayed in contact about the wedding. She sends you a ceremony and allows you to customize it to your needs. She was very helpful and understanding during the planning process. Then during the rehearsal she worked well with our coordinator and did an awesome Job staying organized during the rehearsal. Then come the ceremony she did a awesome job presenting the material. She was organized when it came to guests reading the different readings we picked out. Although she forgot to almost include something in the ceremony she did an awesome job though to play it off. She is real easy to work with and very fun to communicate back and forth with. I wouldn’t choose any one else but Rachael. And because I love her organization that’s another plus. Hope Rachael and I will work together one day and I can follow in her steps. She’s a 5 star rating for sure! -

We love Rachael!
Hiring Rachael as our officiant was one of the best decisions my husband and I made during the planning process. She worked diligently to ensure that our ceremony flowed smoothly. More than a year before our wedding, she provided us with a packet that would aid us in building the ceremony we wanted. If I'm being honest, the ceremony was not as big of a concern for me as the reception was but looking back on our day, the ceremony was by far one of my favorite moments. Rachael worked with us to set up a creative whiskey blending unity component which all of our guests enjoyed. During the ceremony, Rachael accidentally called the groom "Treasure" without knowing that is his nickname with my family. I had an earring back break minutes before the ceremony was to begin and without hesitation Rachael gave me hers! She added an extra layer of joy to our day.
Her attention to detail is incredible. Her energy is addicting. We cannot sing enough praises about Rachael. -

Rachael helped us make the ceremony that we didn't know we wanted! We received so many compliments about Rachael's presentation style, how she moved to get out of the way of pictures and just the general flow of our ceremony! During the planning process, Rachael provided many ideas for readings, blessings, wording, rituals, etc., and also helped us incorporate some of our own ideas into the ceremony. She made the process so easy and always responded quickly to questions/comments. We also wrote our own vows and she was a great soundboard to bounce ideas off of. In addition, she organizes your vows and readings and brings them to the ceremony in an easy to read format so you and your readers do not have to worry about a thing! She also gives you great pointers on where to stand, look, etc. to get the best pictures of your ceremony. After the ceremony, we got caught up in family pictures and Rachael went and found our marriage certificate for us so we could make the whole thing official! Dan and I did not have any grand expectations for our ceremony prior to contacting Rachael (just gotta get this done before the party!), but by working with Rachael we had a special ceremony with many meaningful moments that will be some of our best memories from our wedding. The BEST part of our wedding!!!
I need to start by saying Rachael is the sweetest and most caring person you will ever meet. When we first started thinking about who we wanted to officiate our wedding, I was against the idea of someone "random" marrying us; I wanted it to be someone who knew us. I quickly realized this wouldn't be possible and that's when we met Rachael. From the moment of our first inquiry, she was nothing but supportive and excited for us; after our 15 minute FaceTime with her, we both knew we HAD to have Rachael officiate our wedding. She immediately provided us with so many ceremony reading options and gave us advice/pushed us in the right direction when we needed it. The ceremony planning process was so easy and honestly fun, we told her which passages we liked and she did all of the editing and rearranging to make it flow and sound cohesive. One of the most important things in a wedding vendor is responsiveness, and Rachael is so incredibly responsive, sometimes even answering our emails within 10 minutes no matter what time of day it was. She would even reach out to us to make sure everything was okay if she hadn't heard from us in awhile!
The first time we met face to face was on my wedding day, but I already felt like we were friends. From the time Rachael showed up at our venue (early!), I felt completely at ease with her around. She immediately took care of our marriage license and started talking to us going over key pointers of what we'd need to do throughout the ceremony. She even took the time to talk with our other vendors (photo, video and DJ) to go over what they needed to know for the ceremony, where to stand, when there would be good photo opportunities, etc. Right before the ceremony, she assisted in lining everyone up and walking everyone through what would happen.
One of my favorite moments before the ceremony was when Rachael literally read my mind. We were battling some bad weather, our photographer approached us saying that we had a break in the weather and he wanted to get some quick pictures. I said okay but Rachael could tell I was hesitant (I had gum in my mouth and was trying to figure out where to get rid of it before we rushed to take pictures). Without me saying ANYTHING, Rachael whips out a tissue and says "here, spit your gum out". This seems like an insignificant moment but it shows how attentive Rachael is and how much she cares about EVERYTHING running smoothly, even if it doesn't involve her. On top of this, she was giving my bridal party mints and water; she is 110% prepared for anything that might happen in the short time she is with you. Rachael was extremely professional and delivered the ceremony perfectly, adding in jokes here and there to put us at ease and keep us engaged. She handed me tissues (and took my dirty ones), held my veil in place when the wind picked up, and stepped away from the alter so our photographer could get pictures of just us. We received SO many compliments from our guests about how great the ceremony was and how perfectly Rachael officiated. Everyone was blown away by her, including us.
It is so so worth it to find an officiant who you are comfortable with, and who will make it a special and memorable ceremony (and not just the cheapest available option). For us, we are so thankful we decided to hire Rachael, and you will not regret making her a part of your special day! Thank you Rachael for everything you have done for us!!! -

Rachael was AMAZING, she was very helpful from the beginning. She answered any and all questions I had at any time even before we decided to go with her for our wedding. She was very responsive to my emails, even though we were on opposite schedules for checking our emails (she checks hers in the morning and I check mine at like 1 in the morning). She was always willing and able to video chat or even meet up if needed. The day of she was way more than just an officiant, she seemed to make sure everything was taken care of and made sure we were calm and collected, she even tried to get our flower girl and ring bearer to pay attention and smile while taking pictures before the wedding. During the ceremony she made it very personable, my husband and I are both very sarcastic and would make sly comments under our breath to each other, and while we are up there laughing Rachael made sure to let everyone know why we were laughing. Thanks to her almost every person at our wedding said that it was the best and most personable ceremonies they have ever been to! Thank you Rachael for everything! -

Perfect fit
So, I can't even put into words the immediate connection my husband and I had when simply just texting and talking to Rachael over the phone prior to even meeting her in person. Rachael is so laid back and makes it easy to enjoy ceremony planning. Rachael has so many options for different couples and takes the time to get to you know and make suggestions for your specific relationship and your expectations of your wedding. Rachael was able to recommend a great day of wedding coordinator and even stepped in last minute for our rehearsal. I had multiple compliments on how organized and professional she was at the rehearsal and at the wedding, and I 100% agree! I can't gush enough about everything Rachael and I was sad that she couldn't stay for the reception, because I was that comfortable and glad to have her around. She totally understood our vision and helped flush it out. Many of my family members have said it was one of the best weddings they have been to and I give Rachael so much credit for keeping everyone sane, focused, happy, and calm. I'm sure there is more I could say but to sum it up, Rachael is an amazing choice for an officiant. She is dedicated, professional, fun, detail oriented, adaptable, and overall generally a great human being. THANK YOU RACHAEL! -

We absolutely adored Rachael! She was such a pleasure to work with. She was always quick to respond and super patient (especially with trying to work with our crazy night shift schedules!) with us. She helped us out so much and truly made the process fun and easy! She allows you to make your ceremony how YOU want it to be. You can add and take away whatever you want and she is there for advice along the way. She works very hard to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. She did things in the ceremony like walking around to help the photographer get the best possible pictures of us at the ceremony- when we had our first kiss, she had moved from behind us so that the picture is just my new husband and I sharing our first kiss which I love and cherish so much. She also had little things that she did that were different- like having our parents sit on the opposite sides so that they were able to watch our faces and not our backs during the ceremony that were genius! We would have never thought of the things she thought of and we are so glad she was there for us! Everyone of our guest told us how much they loved her and our ceremony!! Rachael is an absolute delight and will do everything she can to make your day extra special- in fact, we joked that we want to renew our vows every year just so that we can have Rachael officiate it and get to see her again!! We cannot recommend her enough :)

Please let our late review be no reflection on the awesomeness that is Rachael! We did not forget and have been meaning to do it but... life! Our wedding was amazing! Rachael was one of the first vendors that we hired, and she was there when we won the castle! She made sure we had an awesome picture to remember the day from! That was a day that changed our lives! as well as our wedding day! :) Rachael helped us out by suggesting some other great vendors to us. We really enjoyed working with Marta, Dj Carl, and Eric also! Rachael is available and there to help you out with whatever you need! She made great suggestions for the ceremony, and offered many suggestions for the unity portion so we could find one that was uniquely us! We liked the idea of having a couple of 'guest speakers' read portions of the ceremony. It was a great way to include some more important people to us and we even got to include a personal reading that my husband wrote :) When I was having trouble with my vows Rachael was there to help with suggestion and then it all fell into place! Its true that the day goes by so fast but with awesome vendors like Rachael you will have the best day and be left with great memories!! -

Rachael was AMAZING! From pricing, prepping and the actual ceremony! Day of I walk into the bridal sweet after the craziness of pictures. Racheal pulls out water, nuts and mints. Gives the final directions and it’s go time. Our ceremony was amazing. Rachael’s kind heart came through as we made the next steps in our life. She is a tissue ninja and through in some life humor. Working with Rachael was absolutely amazing! We started by chatting about our very unique non-religious Hindu Christian wedding and put together the entire ceremony. After a few revisions we had a final draft and Rachael performed our ceremony flawlessly, on her part! We had little crazy issues like the garland breaking, but Rachael was great at making a joke or pivoting and keeping the ceremony fun and on track. All our friends and family commented on how great the unique ceremony was and what a great job Rachael did. One very unique element was that she made sure to not be in all the photos and she would give us little cues like hold hands act you love each other. She was great and we were so happy we chose her to be our officiant! -

Above and Beyond
From the second I met Rachael I just knew she had to be our officiant. She quickly became my favorite person ever and the friendship we have made will be one to last a lifetime. She is so much more than just an officiant and truly goes above and beyond her job requirements. She helped us keep calm, laugh and even helped with our vows.
