Everyone at the reception raved about the food!!! I have never heard so many compliments about how good the wedding food was. My mother in law even booked the same food for my father in law’s birthday party! Also you will not find better prices anywhere I promise!

I ordered a small two tiered cake from the Central Market location in Dallas for my wedding. I was almost out of the window to order, but the catering manager, Jeff Starr, worked with me to get a quick turnaround on the contract. We loved the way it turned out and it tasted so good.

Julie and the Central Market catering staff are amazing! Julie helped us create a vegetarian menu for wedding that even the die hard omnivores loved. She was clearly very experienced and provided many helpful suggestions and ideas. Her expertise helped streamline everything to make the buffet set up run smoothly. We had cheese platters and skewers for appetizers, a half Mediterranean and half classic Picnic themed buffet for the main meal, and coffee, an Italian cream cake, and cookies for dessert. Everything was fantastic, the guests loved it!

Central Market's catering menu is on their website, but they have some off menu items and you can get anything from the chef's case catered. There are so many options!

FYI, the bakery doesn't do tiered cakes but this wasn't a priority for us.

We spent about $30 per guest for food including the cake and desserts, it could have been lower but we really went all out. We actually ended up with a lot left over that we sent home with guests.

Julie and her team are simply amazing! From start to finish I felt like a valued customer! Emails with questions and details both to and from were prompt and professional. An excellent choice of caterer for any budget and style!

We used the Plano Central Market Bakery for the cakes for my daughter's wedding. We were so impressed with the accurate service and professionalism provided to us as well as the moist, delicious cakes. The assistant manager took special interest to insure that our large order was correct to the smallest detail. We ordered a large round Raspberry Chocolate mousse cake for the bride and groom as well as three large sheet cakes (Italian Cream and Chocolate) to serve nearly 200 people. Per our request on the sheet cakes, the bakery scored the tops in 2 inch squares which enabled the bridesmaids to quickly cut the cakes to just the right size without any difficulty at the reception. The sheet cakes were able to fit in a regular size refrigerator, one cake per shelf. The cakes were ready on-time and in perfect condition. Our guests raved about the cakes and came back for seconds. We highly recommend Central Market Bakery in Plano for any special event. It is our family's go-to!

Ms. Wendy and her team were simply amazing, they took their time with us. You could tell Ms. Wendy has been with the catering department for a very long time. She knew exactly what I needed before I knew what I needed. If she thought I had too much going on with my menu she let me know. She was not just trying to make money, she handled us with care and I love that about her.

The food was delicious, I received so many compliments about the food. The waiters Central Market provided were also amazing, they helped us with our every beck and call.
