Marcia provided both my wedding cake and my bridal shower cake and I still think they are the most beautiful cakes I've ever seen. We saved the leftovers and are still enjoying them! Most importantly though, she went above and beyond to give us the cakes of our dreams for our wedding and shower days and both cakes were the centerpiece of the event (no pun intended!).

My husband and I hired Marcia at Center Piece Cakes to create our wedding cake, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! I showed Marcia a picture of a cake that I found online, and she was able to recreate it *exactly.* She met our every request--from the perfect colors to the flawless frosting flowers to the beyond-delicious flavors. We and our guests were INCREDIBLY happy with it! Additionally, Marcia made recommendations for how we could save money on the cake, which was very much appreciated. (For example, we wanted a five-tier cake, so she offered to a make a fake center tier. It looked JUST like the other tiers! You could not tell the difference.) It ended up being quite affordable--definitely worth every penny. Perhaps best of all, Marcia was WONDERFUL at communicating with us. She promptly answered our emails and phone calls and was very flexible when it came to setting up the tasting. We highly recommend Center Piece Cakes to everyone! We certainly will be hiring her again.

I showed Marcia the exact picture of what I wanted. The cake tasted great and I received many compliments, but the cake was not as sophisticated as I expected and was quite disappointed. It looked sloppy and she did not take into account the type of cake stand I wanted. In hindsight I would go with someone else.
