We walked in one day and they gave us a tour right away. They were so nice and helpful in answering all of our questions. It's a beautiful place with some fun exhibits. There is a nice deck area over the lake.

My husband and I wanted an intimate wedding with our closest friends and family, and Center Place was perfect for that! It wasn’t so small that it was cramped, or so large that our smallish wedding (80 people) felt swallowed up by the space. Excellent value and a lovely place for a wedding!

My wedding reception was at Center Place. The facility is beautiful with a gorgeous deck and water view. I added extra hours, beyond the included hours for decorating. It was affordable to add the extra time. I loved the new bridal suite! They have very nice white folding chairs. I didn't need to cover them. The staff was very nice, helpful and professional. I read the other reviews and didn't find the information to be accurate. The caterer list they provided was just a guideline. I was able to provide my own catering. They have available remote parking. It is a walk but you can drop guests off at the door then park. It's in the center of Brandon so parking is limited every where. I didn't understand one of the other reviews. The events are private and no one else had access to any of my food or drinks other than my guests. I felt good knowing that my rental supports the arts in the community. They don't advertise it but they are a non profit.

the venue was amazing and it was so affordable. The event coordinator named Dawn was very friendly.the only problem I had was there was a class going on and the students came and stole our drinks.we bought old timey sodas for 150 people and ran out after 50.my sister-in-law caught a student walking away with a full case of our drinks and others were taking them into the classroom but it was obviously a wedding going on and the drinks were not for them. I told the young attendant who lookEd like a teenager who was at the venue and he said he'd make a note of it but I have yet to hear anything which is frustrating.

The Center Place has hidden fees that are not brought up when booking your event. Parking is limited and off site parking is a joke its 2-3 block walk and the parking area is dirt and leaves very dusty. Center Place gives you a list of caters you have to choose from or you will be charged extra money. The list was not accurate some of the companies are out of business and the one I choose was going out of business and did not inform me of this. The cater took my deposit and never produced services and Center Place changed there tune saying the caters are just a recommendation. Needless to say I lost $250.00 due to there recommendations. I would not recommend this facility to any one.
