Born into a Jewish family, baptized as an adult in the Episcopal Church, and ordained as an Independent Catholic, Father Christopher Ross has also studied Quakerism, Buddhism, and Christian Science, as well as many other ancient and modern religious texts. He is also a Reiki Master, meditation teacher, and spiritual director. In addition, Fr. Christopher has had the good fortune to live and work all over the world. Drawing on this unique background, Fr. Christopher witnesses and blesses the union of all couples, regardless of their religious traditions, race, and sexual orientation. Fr. Christopher will begin by getting to know you and your unique story, which will help him to create with you a beautiful, memorable ceremony that is unique to the two of you. Based in Durham, Celestial Ceremonies serves the central North Carolina Triangle and environs.

Experience
Father Christopher has been part of the wedding industry since 2008. He was ordained to the priesthood in 2003. He is also a writer and editor and worked for many years as a hospital chaplain, specializing in Intensive Care.
