Highly Recommended by a family member who has attended events that CC has catered. Was told she provides a "WOW" affect and the food is outstanding. We started working with her via phone/email before we actually met her. Large menu selection. We met her, loved her, and she was our first choice.
Update: Was married in Mobile on April 23rd. The food was "OUTSTANDING"!!! She is the "Go To" person for all of your catering needs! I received so many compliments on the food from my guest. She and her staff delivered what she promised. Beautiful! The food was hot and my guest was more than pleased. I also gave her a recipe for my signature drink which was Peach Sangria. It was PERFECT!!! Her staff is the Best!!! Friendly and Courteous Professionals! Call her...you will not be disappointed! Tell her Winnie Dotch-Jones referred you!

We just had our wedding on 10/3/15 and we had CC's catering for our reception food....and it was INCREDIBLE. My husband and I knew when we went to the tasting that we really hit the jackpot with what we wanted to provide at our reception. We wanted a lot of New Orleans style food and she was able to provide that and so much more. We were lucky to be able to try all of our wedding food at the reception which I know is uncommon for a bride and groom but I made sure we had a plate made for us. The food was hot and delicious. We had guests coming up to us all night saying how wonderful the food was. The servers even dressed up along with our theme (1920s theme) which to me is above and beyond and we really appreciated it. Also, her centerpieces for the food tables were exactly what I had pictured, in the fact they were even better than I could have imagined. Best decision we made was to go with CC's catering for our wedding!!!!
