I decided to have a crepe menu at my wedding, so I contacted a few French catering company in the Los Angeles area and Yuri was the first one that answered me . He send me within 48 hours his menu with all the prices. When I called him, we talk for an hour , he listened to what I was looking for and he was really helpful with great ideas not even concerning his menu but also concerning others details of my wedding that he didn't have to care about, you can just feel that he cares about his cooking but also about YOU. When i explained to him the schedule of my wedding he offers to come earlier than his usual time to accommodate us,I didn't even have to ask .
Also he is french and I thought the accent made it even more authentic with the theme of my wedding. The part of my family that doesn't speak English were also really glad :).
He showed up in advance ( it's such an important part of the wedding I was so released to see them) and they were ready for my first guest right one time. I love that the Crepes are made at the order . That's the only way to really enjoy a crepe. The Crepes were delicious. I also have 2 salads: the nicoise and the quinoa. I didn't have a chance to try the nicoise ( that's telling me something) and the quinoa was just tasty and refreshing. The cheese plate was also really popular, it looked great with different kind of cheeses for everybody tastes. Everybody were really happy with the food but also for their professionalism and great attitudes. I got good reviews from my guests. :).
They left discretely while everybody was dancing.
Few days later I got an email to ensure we were satisfied with his services. My wedding catering was perfect thanks to Yuri and his team.
I will recommend them for your future event, Crepes are just delicious and fun for any kind of event.
