Rich and his team exemplify excellence. From our first meeting with Rich, it was evident he puts in ample care and passion into everything that he does - from the planning to the execution and the follow-up afterwards. Rich was incredibly kind to us, answering our questions diligently and always providing detailed responses to the myriad of questions we had leading up to our day.
The food quality was fantastic, and reasonably priced. We didn't feel that we were breaking the bank yet we still received delicious meals. Our guests made several compliments to us about the food selection all night - not something you always hear at weddings!
A few days before the wedding, we had a slight hiccup with our final payment. Rich was caring, understanding, supportive - and above all - incredibly patient in resolving the issue. We truly cannot thank Rich and his staff enough for their dedication and support. They all defied our expectations and our day would not have been as perfect without them!

Catering by Rich went above and beyond for our wedding! We planned our wedding in 11 weeks and they were efficient and professional in the little time that we had. They are very reasonable and within your budget and the food was absolutely amazing. Our family and friends complimented the food all night. The staff that worked our wedding was very professional & went above & beyond for us. We would no doubt pick them again if we ever needed a caterer for another event!

Rich was the best! He always gave fast responses and he helped us stay within our budget! Also, I love how he lets you do a taste test for the food because that really made a difference! The food was amazing and fresh! All the guest could not stop talking about it. Catering by Rich made the whole process easy and non-stressful!

Rich and his staff were great to work with for my wedding not only was the food excellent but the staff were accommodating helping out making sure everyone was taken care of…the guest especially loved the jerk chicken we had as an option but all the food was tasty and enjoyed by all

From the moment we expressed interest in using them as our caterer, Rich was very professional and quick to respond. He was also very patient understanding with us when we came across financial issues in the middle of the planning process. Rich’s staff were incredible the day of and took extra time to make sure my husband and I got the chance to enjoy the snacks from our cocktail hour and they had a big plate of food ready at our table for dinner. Our guests still mention how delicious the food was to this day! can’t recommend them enough! You will not regret hiring them for any event.

We used Catering by Rich for our 223 person wedding and it was incredible!! We did our tasting at Rich's house and all of the food is homemade and absolutely delicious! For our wedding day Rich's team set up the tables, chairs and linens. They ran the buffet smoothy and all of our guests complimented the food. The staff made sure we food during the cocktail hour, our dinner first and always made sure we had water throughout the night!

We had many guests come from out of town and they LOVED the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls appetizer. Rich was able to accommodate our gluten free guests as well and vegan. All of the food was incredible! At the end of the night, his team cleaned up everything and broke down the chairs and tables. They were so great!

I can't recommend Rich and his staff enough! He is easy to work with, reasonably priced, and makes amazing food! He was able to accommodate all of our different dietary restrictions. His staff is professional and friendly. Everyone raved about his food at my wedding! We specifically did butlered appetizers of mini crab cakes, mini cheesesteaks, Asian ginger meatballs, veggie spring rolls, fruit tray and charcuterie board. For dinner, we chose the Tuscan pasta, Cajun pork, Tuscan chicken, California salad, whipped potatoes and green beans almondine. Highly recommend!

Catering by Rich went above and beyond for our wedding day! They helped us carefully curate our menu in the months leading up to the big day which was a big hit with all of our guests (highly recommend the grilled cheese shooters)! They were a crowd favorite! Rich’s staff was nothing but professional on our wedding night. They assisted guests with the buffet and the bartenders served up delicious drinks all night long. There was never a big line at the bar thanks to their efficiency. One of Rich’s team members even went through the buffet line and made a plate for one of our guests who was not physically able to do so herself. Rich has delicious food and an even better team! You won’t be disappointed!!
