Catered Cocktails was part of the recommendation list for bartenders that our venue provided us. Jessica was timely in her responses and very accommodating to meeting up and checking in regarding the wedding over the year and a half or so that I had been in the planning process. She gave ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of for different types of specialty drinks, and provided us a reference guide to how much alcohol we needed for the amount of people we had. The bartender that was working the bar at our wedding was great as well. Friendly and helpful. The set up and take down was done very well and made it easy for us to wrap things up at the end of the night. The quality of service exceeded what one would expect for a lower price than what most other places would charge. I recommend choosing Catered Cocktails for wedding drink services.

My wife and I used Jessica and catered cocktails for our June wedding in Lewisberry PA at Esser estate. Jessica and her whole crew were great. From having three different bar stations at 3 locations throughout the night, to accomidating our special requests like having a specialty drink and a pony keg with a craft beer, catered cocktail was the best. Jessica was awesome and made us feel great leading up to the big day. She took the stress of the bar off my list and did an awesome job. I would recommend hiring Jessica and company for any of your occasions!!

I found Catered Cocktails on Thumbtack, and hiring them was a decision I would make again. Jessica was really easy to work with as well as patient and responsive to my frequent emails. I had no idea what I was doing, and she was super helpful leading up to the wedding. Catered Cocktails also worked with us to accommodate our budget and needs. We got so many compliments on the bar from our guests. We supplied the beer and wine, and Jessica supplied the great service, cups, napkins, and other required tools of the trade. She was very friendly and professional, and my husband and I would recommend her services without reservation.

Our bartender for our wedding was Brandon. He was fantastic and even set up two bars, one outside for cocktail hour and one inside for dinner and reception. My husband and I are not big drinkers, so Jessica helped us with recommendations for beer, wine, and liquor. We struggled a lot with communication with her throughout the process, but had no problems with our bartender day-of. He was very professional and took care of our guests well. They provided all of the tools and ice that they needed, so we only had to worry about the alcohol and mixers, which was really nice.

Honestly? You can read our experience……Jess is a very nice person. We know she has a busy life, as we all do, but communication wasn't very good. We didn’t have much help with our drink menu/amounts either. She had told us that she was going to be serving at our wedding, but she wrote me the day before and told me she was sending someone else. We had no choice really because we were getting married the next day & we had previously got burnt by the first bartender we hired. The bartender she sent, I forget his name, was very polite & professional. He was great! He always made sure I had a drink in my hand. We did get many compliments on his service.
