Cassandra is AWESOME! She has coordinating a wedding fully dialed in. We had one face to face meeting, one FaceTime meeting, and a quick chat the day before the wedding. Everything looked impeccable and ran smoothly. Day of wedding I was completely unaware of anything that went wrong...and actually nothing has even been reported to me from guests, who knew a wedding could go so smoothly?! Throughout the planning process she was very helpful at answering any questions I came up with and she was great at asking the appropriate questions of me to ensure that all details and been addressed prior to the day of the wedding. Thank you for making our day run so perfectly Cassandra!

Cassandra and Allison were AMAZING.

Cassandra herself is very no frills and direct, which I really appreciated with the millions of details I was trying to organize. She is also a huge wealth of knowledge about all things hood river and clearly well loved by local vendors... so it made the planning process much easier.

As for the big day I literally just got to sit back and be pampered while Cassandra and her team took care of everything with VERY minimal questions.

Allison (I apologize if I am miss remembering your name :)) was helping Cassandra for the big day and was super nice and bubbly- also full of last minute tips for walking down the isle, as well as making sure there was nothing in my teeth :)

Cassandra is awesome. Mt. Hood Organic is an unbelievable site for a wedding (at least we think so...), but the whole wedding day worked because of Cassandra's attention to detail and dedication to her job. When the florist couldn't pin on a boutonniere, she was there to make sure they looked perfect. Without her, we would've ended up with straight gin instead of gin + tonics during cocktail hour. She worked gracefully and quietly behind the scenes to make sure we didn't have to worry about a thing, and we can't thank her enough for everything. We strongly, strongly recommend MTOF, in large part because they have the best wedding coordinator ever!
