I toured venue after venue, but so many felt ordinary, lacking the soul and uniqueness I longed for. Then I found Casa de Monte Vista, and everything changed.
From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was captivated. Every detail of this space feels like it has a story to tell—from the stunning antiques to the vintage Hollywood photographs that adorn its walls. It isn’t just a venue; it’s a living, breathing piece of history. Wandering through its many hidden corners, I felt a deep sense of connection and wonder.
Joe, the owner and caretaker of Casa de Monte Vista, brought an incredible warmth to the experience. From the very first moment we met him, he made us feel like family. His care for the property and his passion for creating special moments shine through in everything he does. On the wedding day, when nerves ran high, Joe was a calming presence. He took care of every detail with grace, allowing my family and me to fully embrace the joy of the day and be present.
Tony, who catered our wedding, was no less remarkable. He and his wife poured their hearts into the meal, crafting dishes that felt as warm and thoughtful as the space itself. Their food was more than just a part of the celebration—it reflected the love and care that went into every element of the day.
Casa de Monte Vista didn’t just provide a setting for my wedding; it gave us an experience that felt sacred and deeply personal. It’s a place that invites you to slow down, take in its beauty, and create memories you’ll carry for a lifetime. For anyone searching for a venue that feels truly one-of-a-kind, with a soul as rich as the love you’re celebrating, I cannot recommend Casa de Monte Vista enough.

My husband and I absolutely loved this venue! The owner Joe was so kind and helpful throughout the whole thing. It is such a beautiful place and being able to stay their for the weekend helped us not stress on our big day.

Casa de Monte Vista is a Spanish secret garden! A true dream of a property that only enters into people's lives once in a blue moon - and was perfect for our big day. The owner Joe is a kind-hearted soul who take a lot of pride and honor in what he's created. The ambiance is very laid back, and there's hidden gems around each twist and turn. There are a lot of restrictions with Palm Springs noise ordinances, but like everything else you adjust and do what's right for you (we threw an after-party). Worth noting it was much more of a bar, deep conversation ambiance vs. traditional dance party than we expected - so get rentals and standing tables as necessary. We probably would have had more chill tunes throughout the night - but to be honest we wouldn't have changed a thing about the property! Your guests will be enchanted from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.

We had an amazing October wedding at this venue. It is a beautiful venue for a wedding. We were able to host our rehearsal dinner at the venue as well, and rented the three casitas for ourselves and the wedding party. It was very convenient being on site all weekend. Joe was flexible with our deliveries, vendors and other needs, and the event went smoothly. It is such a unique property and we will have great memories of our wedding because of it. The photos came out beautiful as well, thanks to all the landscaping and backgrounds on the property.

What a beautiful place. This venue has everything: a ceremony spot, a reception lawn, a cocktail area. And all separate from each other. Plus, the views in this area are dreamy. There is a gorgeous photo background in every corner. Our Pictures came out unbelievable!

I was organising a wedding at this venue, on behalf of a friend, but had to change plans near to the time due to the host's poor customer service and lack of desire to meet simple requests.

The venue looks lovely, and would probably be perfect for a quiet meetup amongst friends, but for a wedding celebration, or anything else which generates even mild noise or complexity, this is unlikely a good choice of venue. The host was very unaccommodating when it came to meeting the most simple of requests. Did not give a good impression whatsoever.
